Nice staff
Torrential rain and my window leaked badly

Das Bett war sehr angenehm, die Grösse des Zimmers war in Ordnung.
Zwei Fahrstühle bei 7 Etagen war manchmal eine Herausforderung.

Three beds great for family
Car park was not easy to find or access. Swimming pool hours limited for families, which was not advertised up front. No towel bar or ring near sink. We had to go back to get a manager to let us into the car park and had to call again to get out.

The breakfast was well worth the cost as there was nothing close by to eat

Zentral gelegenes Hotel im Finance District von Dublin. Tolle Lage direkt am Liffey, großes modernes Zimmer, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksangebot, guter Spa- und Saunabereich

Nice room with a good air conditioner. If I needed anything they were very attentive and fast. Great location and easy to catch the airport bus.
The breakfast was OK. Maybe more European cheeses and meats. The coffee was terrible. Had that at a coffee shop next door.
4.5
The breakfast was excellent; we enjoyed our swim in the pool. The staff were very welcoming.
The whole car-parking thing worked quite well in the end but if we had visited at a busier time, I wonder if we would have been successful in finding a hotel spot in the car park?

Fantastic facilities, seamless check in room ready early

Really happy with the room, it was a great size, there were loads of sockets and USB points , it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. loved that the airport bus stopped right outside the hotel. Great location.
The price! It was pretty expensive, but then I think that is the norm for this area

•Location for walking around Dublin is great!
•The river view is awesome!
•As a final night in Ireland before flying home, it is a fantastic location that makes getting to the airport easy.
•The staff is so friendly & helpful every time we come.
•The bed is very comfortable with two types of pillow options.
Can’t say anything bad about it.

The breakfast was excellent, I am gluten free and there were multiple gf options available.
We had a bit of a wait for room service but it was delicious!

Beautiful layout. Extremely clean. Great facilities in the room and in the health club.
Absolutely ridiculously ripped off. I booked my stay months in advance and your company went out of their way to avoid telling us construction began at 7.30am right outside our window. The ventilation above the window was similar sound quality to the window being wide open!! MONTHS in advance we could have been told about this.
So as soon as I arrive I request to be moved and am refused. I am very very very disappointed as I was charged full price for your accommodation and not even able to get a decent night’s sleep, after paying hundreds in hotel fees, hundreds in concert tickets and hundreds in travel.
The health club had the NERVE to charge us for swimming caps!! Absolutely appalling.

all round excellent service

We were located on the second floor looking out over the main entrance.
Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Beds could of been spaced out more rather then being side by side,
Ear plugs provided in room as their is work being done across the river. I'm a receptionist in a hotel myself and would of apricated the heads up about the work being done.
2 single beds touching off one another. I would of preferred the space in the room being used. I was sharing with a friend and had to move the beds ourselves.

room layout was excellent. The reception bar area was lovely
The bedroom were too hot

The hotel is modern and the room was very nice. Staff was helpful and, generally, everything in the hotel was as one would expect of a property at this price point.
The location is awful, located well away from (a solid 20+ minute walk) the main attractions in the City Centre, i.e. Temple Bar, Trinity College, etc. This, in and of itself, might have been fine, but given the premium price point (this hotel was easily one of the most expensive properties we stayed at out of five on our trip in Ireland), I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

The staff
Big room
Very clean
Quiet location
The pool was more for exercising than relaxing. We only went once and there were mostly men who kept staring at us and that made us feel uncomfortable. It was also quite busy.

Location is fantastic - particularly when staying for concerts in the Three Arena
