Fatastic!

Farouk at reception was so helpful with fantastic suggestions. The pretty night receptionist even offered breakfast to us super early to suit our early flight.

Would not stay there unless we had room away from street.

Breakfast,location and staff were fine.

Our room was on first floor at street level.It was across from pub and people were talking under windows loudly until 2am Room not private. We kept curtains closed.

My stay was made so much better by the incredible staff at the front desk who helped me communicate with our tour guides

Great stay in Reykjavik

Amazing location in Reykjavik, can get everywhere on foot. Garage car parking 1min walk from the hotel and more public parking at about 5 min walk. Rooms are comfortable and functional with tea and coffee facilities. Staff incredibly helpful will suggest best places to go in the city

Perfect in every way.

This little gem of a hotel was exactly what we needed. It is in a perfect location, close to the main part of town and near to a bus stop that you will need if you use Flybus to get too and from the airport. The room was warm, immaculately clean and fresh and had all the facilities we needed. Kettle, tea and coffee and a TV, hair dryer and modern and clean bathroom with all the extras. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bedding was good quality. Breakfast was lovely, home made food and lots of choice. The staff were superb. The reception team were so helpful and helped guide us round town and what excursions to use for value for money and quality. Brilliant place to stay, highly recommended. We will be back!

Céntrico pero habitación muy ruidosa.

Ubicación en pleno centro de la capital.

Habitación a nivel de calle, un pub justo enfrente y maquinaria de obras. Un ambiente muy ruidoso para poder descansar en condiciones. El desayuno correcto pero justo. Esperaba más por el precio.

I spent six nights at this hotel, and I strongly recommend it, but try to avoid the Irish Pub.

I liked down pillows. I loved the location--a market close-by, most attractions walking distance, knowledgeable staff going the extra mile, elevator, wine/beer stocked fridge.

Room location facing the Irish Pub. No way to block party and motorbike noise even with down pillows!

Loved my stay

I stayed 5 nights and loved everything. Got beautiful corner room with a sea view! The room itself was super comfortable, superbly clean and foremost very warm (it was 5 degrees outside). Breakfasts was humble, sadly nothing warm is served, at least scrummble eggs should be offered, not everyone eats cereal or toast with jam. Hotel crew was super nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is right next to a very noisy Irish pub, every day until 3 in the morning you can hear loud music and drunken shouts. If one needs silence to sleep it is worth having a room on the other side.

Paulo, the night shift receptionist, was polite and helpful, with many insights regarding the city. The location of the establishment is right in the city centre. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of things to choose from.

Faruk was very polite also the others at the reception. The room was cleaned everyday.

the breakfast was the same everyday for 5 days. and very few options. in the bathroom it was no heeting so it was very cold to shower. also the room was at the second floor and it was very much noise because of the pub that was across the street. we had to buy earplugs.

We were moved to the Center Hotels Plaza due to renovations at the Klopp. The Plaza overlooks the square which is home to a nightclub. we didn’t get to sleep until 5/6am on two nights

Recommended for visiting Reykjavik and the surrounding area

Great location for visiting the city center on foot, close to stores and restaurants but without any excessive chaos. Also very close to stop #14 for airport and excursion pickups. Always helpful and smiling staff.

Our room was a bit small, although comfortable. Intercontinental breakfast, with sweet and salted options, but not much variety.
