The location was perfect, staff were really friendly too…lovely outside area!
Could do with a lick of paint outside and in and modernising a bit

Amazing location really nice cliff walk just outside the hotel . Absolutely lovely girl at the reception sorry don’t remember her name - all staff members are really nice and helpful .
Nice good .
The only little thing for me was that much menu is the same as dinner menu .

Loved the view, and as always, all the staff are always courteous and very helpful, from reception to lounge staff. Room was very comfortable, spotless and obviously newly renovated..
OK, the location of the room I was in was over the coffee hut, which opens at 8am, and on Sunday too, so when they bang the coffee thingy from 8am it was ongoing and noisy, with people gathering early for walks, now i love love dogs, but the constant barking of their dogs was getting a bit much..Next time I'll try get far end of the hotel.. otherwise an amazing stay...

Ok
Outside was filthy with cigarette butts, beer bottles and glasses. The door would not lock from the inside. Windows were unwashed and no view as advertised.

The location and the beach is a great benefit.
The rooms are small.

Beautiful view from our room, as well as beach access.
The room was a little small, but okay for the two of us.

Perfect for relaxation great spot right on the beach lovely walks staff were excellent under the circumstances of being short staffed every thing was slow we were a party of 18 so took a very long time to be served at dinner
The waiting time at reception and restaurant the staff were very apologetic but I'm sure if more staff were available it would be perfect

We booked a deluxe double with seafront view and it was beautiful. Listening to the ocean as you drop off to sleep was magical.
I felt the staff would benefit from additional support and just more of them in general. This is not a complaint and I appreciate their industry is recovering from the effects of Covid but if possible, additional staff would be beneficial for all.

location
the service was quite bad, the staff themselves were really lovely but there didn’t seem to be any management or efficiency during check in or meals

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and very clean. The value was amazing, three of us stayed including dinner and breakfast for less than 200euro.
I would definitely return again and ask for a room with a sea view.
Although we had a lovely stay and the staff were extremely pleasant and couldn't do enough for you.
The hotel was extremely understaffed. The staff that were there, were completely over worked. We realise that this problem was due to covid-19 and all industries are struggling to get staff, however there was one girl serving at dinner along with the barman and one other man which meant that dinner took 2.5 hours to complete. But at breakfast there were many more servers, A change in how the staff rosters are organised would definitely have helped this situation. There were delays at breakfast, although not as long but when our breakfast finally came out it was cold - this was swiftly taken care of and the replacement was piping hot.
The room we had was to the back of the hotel and overlooking the yard area which wasn't very pleasant, I would request a room facing the sea the next time even if it would cost a little more as the value of the room was amazing.
Despite all this I would return when things staff-wise have improved across the country.

Great location, the receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly.
Both mornings we had to wait over an hour for our jug of water at breakfast. Staff were lovely and the food was great but ould probably eat elsewhere for breakfast and dinner due to long awfully long wait for food and drinks.
