Good place for a night stay, good food for breakfast and dinner, very nice staff.
We had the room at the opposite end of the hotel and the WiFi was very slow.

Good value for money. Breakfast really tasty, staff friendly and helpful.
Only one chair in room, meant one of us had to sit on the bed. Horrible flat pillows.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was excellent, and the all the staff from reception, to bar staff, to restaurant staff were excellent, and couldn't do enough to make your stay memorable. Fantastic place to stay.
Nothing at all to dislike

My room had a lovely comfortable king size bed in it and a wonderful rain shower. The staff were very attentive and I enjoyed the espresso with the chocolate biscuit.
The dinner menu was disappointing, as there was no duck or Welsh lamb. The beef lasagne I had on day 1 tasted as though it had come out of a convenience packet.
On both mornings my Mum did not receive the alarm call I had arranged (room 106) and I didn't get a call on the first morning (room 101).
But these are minor quibbles.
I would definitely come again.

Shower water not hot
Thin walls could listen other people coughing

Dining room very good.
The island in the middle was sparsely filled and water and coffee were not hot.
The breakfast was also not hot and may have been standing before serving.
There was only a young lady on duty and I feel she should have had more help.

it had plenty of parking, it was convenient for my visit, the bar area was big, the staff friendly.
My room was ok but could have been hoovered. if your not used to a main road could be noisy.

Polite, friendly staff, providing a good service in a small independent hotel at very reasonable prices. Breakfast cooked to order (rather than a hot self service buffet) is always a bonus, because you are guaranteed it is hot. It's not a luxury venue or a stunning location, but it was very comfortable and convenient for the work I was doing in the area.

Easy to find. Warm and friendly staff. Good location for the Wrexham Business Park. Good parking.
Dinner appeared to be a struggle - with some of the menu not being available.

Got woken up early by a generator, windows were correctly sealed.

I booked a room for 3 and when we arrived there was only one double bed.
There were no staff available to rectify this so I therefore had to arrange further accommodation for myself, which on Christmas day was stressful, time consuming and expensive.
The hotel only refunded 50% of the cost.

Plenty of parking - food was good
A little dated
1.0 / 10.0
The TV worked
No heating, window didn't close properly, mould in the bathroom, broken lamp in the room, shower was dirty, dust everywhere, shower gel wasn't refilled and was mouldy (cut my finger open on it), no staff to help or greet us, had to call a number at the hotel front door to be let in. So if your phone battery has died then you can't get in.
