Glad for the location of hotel but unfortunately disappointed with hotel room and how concerns were handled.

Good location.

The photos of the room my fiancée and I booked did not accurately represent the actual room we received. Additionally, the dual washer and dryer in our hotel room failed to dry our clothes properly, so we approached the receptionist for assistance, only to be directed to a dryer on the 3rd floor. After running my clothes through that dryer, they emerged not only soaked but also stained—my white items turned dark grey and brown. When we showed the stained clothes to the receptionist, they refused to take any responsibility for the damage, leaving us extremely dissatisfied and $200 worth of ruined clothes. Overall, we were very disappointed with how our concerns were handled.

perfect base for a capital break

we had 2 rooms, in one it was difficult to get in shower without leaving bathroom door open but you can’t have it all - there was a dishwasher and washing machine to use.

Spacious apartment with a kitchen close to Bayswater and Queensway underground stations

The apartment was well located not far from Paddington station with the fast rail from Heathrow. Bayswater and Queensway underground stations were a short walk away with the District and Circle lines as well as the Central line giving access to all of Londons tourist sites. Shops restaurants and a supermarket were nearby for anything needed if self catering in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped My apartment was at the rear and it was spacious and very quiet. There was also a lift to the upper floors which was very welcome. Overall a very pleasant stay

I stayed for a week and would have appreciated a dry towel and the floor cleaned during my stay.

Good location bad cleaning

Location is great. Value for money could also be - but there were issues.

The place was not clean. Not passably. Windows were not cleaned several years. Pigeon… feces… on the windowsill - disgusting to open. Peanut from some other guests on kitchen table. Bathroom glass door with stains from something… do not know what. Room textile (decorative pillows) full of stains. Curtain dirty and torn. I do not know - the place looks quite recently remodeled, has a good position - could be pretty decent and even more expensive - why such neglect? Those are all things the could be done in a days work… Well not coming back to check, sorry

Good location, bad apartment

The host, which met us initially was very polite. We cam early and he agreed to take our luggage and bring it to the room when it is cleaned/prepared. No problems there and this was a nice gesture. We also liked the location, Kensington is such a lovely part of London. It is full of stores, restaurants and places to have fun, but at the same time it is not as crazy/crowded as come of the central parts of the city. The connections to the tube were very close as well.

There were a few things which really disappointed us. Mainly that the bed was right under the window, which in turn has a very bad insulation and when you lie down you could feel air draft on your head. I had to put some pillows and blankets to try and counter this a bit. Also, we reported the problem to the reception, there was another employee this time, a younger man, who was simply not interested in assisting in any way. So we had to endure for the duration of our stay. Also, there were ants in the room. Not a whole infestation, but every time we left some food unattended, we would find them around it. The room was small, tv was small, door which closed the bathroom from the main room made awful sounds, walls are paper thin so you can hear pretty much everything your neighbours are doing and the main drain on the shower was partially blocked. All in all, we tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. It was not pleasant, especially for the price.

72 piacevoli ore a Londra

Posizione vicina alla metro, ottimi collegamenti, a 2 passi da Portobello rd. Quartiere tranquillo ma vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Non abbiamo sentito troppo rumore e abbiamo riposato bene. Qualche spiffero dalle finestre ma il riscaldamento funzionava bene. Molto utile il deposito bagagli.

Camera un po’ piccolina (soprattutto il bagno) ma non è stato un grosso problema per noi.

Great place

Very clean, cosy, and well situated - close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and different tube stations, but still super quiet. The owners and staff are very kind. Umbrellas are offered at the reception- very useful :)

Just an idea to make it perfect: It would be nice to have dishwasher tabs, and necessities like salt and oil in the kitchen.

Fantastic area of London! Friendly staff, clean & comfortable! 2 tube lines within walking distance

The location is fantastic! Very easy to locate & access to 2 tube lines. Staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful. Room was a good size (Jr. Studio). Room was quiet & clean.

Was expecting the laundry machine to be in the apartment, but was located on the same floor so was ok. Shower/toilet are very small but workable, would be awkward if staying with a friend as opposed to a partner.

It was very pleasant. The listed drawbacks, though small, did take away some enjoyment.

For the money, the location and the well-equipped room are excellent. The room was supposed to be a triple-quite large, and there was access to the balcony-charming! It is close to Kensington Garden, Hyde Park and the tube.

The only drawback is that the bathroom door was translucent. At night, the light from the bathroom could wake up the person still in bed, and the bed is right next to the bathroom. The location of the doorstop was also awkward, making it easy to trip over.

Good facilities, nice bathroom with good shower + in bathroom add on shower caps which were great as fixed shower head. Good stock of equipment in kitchen.

A couple beautiful days in London city center.

Very convenient location - beautiful building surrounded by parks and restaurants. Easy access to 3 tube stations just 10 min walk. Beautiful roof terrace. Overall facilities are a little bit dated but very well maintained. Reception was very helpful. They have elevator. Room comfort was excellent - room compact but not too small and has everything what we needed for a couple days in London. Even washing machine and excess of hangers were available :-)

Fantastic location. Manager was very responsive to our concerns.

Room was initially not very clean, and did not appear to be well maintained. However, the manager addressed all our concerns the same day to make everything better. Room was much smaller than we thought.

Great apartment hotel!

When we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to a premium room, and as we never would have expected that, we really appreciated it. The room was wonderful! Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dinner table. Also a spacious bathroom, and the room even has a washing machine, although we didn't use it.

The bed was a too firm for our taste, but one size never fits all.

It was a perfect stay.. with cooking facilities, washing machine & dryer

We stayed for 5nights in december 2022. The location of this apartment is perfect, walking distance to underground station, and close to bus stop. The apartment generally pretty quiet and not too crowded with guest and 24hours personnel available for any issue and they accommodated my request for very late check-in, close to midnight. Hassle-free check-in & check-out process. Bonus point for malaysian, there are malay/halal restaurants nearby ie Putera Puteri and Halia :)

1) The dryer in the 2in1 washing machine dryer in the room seems not working. Few attempts but it wasn't function, can only be used for washing but not drying. However, there is another dryer at 3rd floor outside the room that guest can use. A bit troublesome, but it solved my problem. 2) You have to request for housekeeping and if need to replenish soap/shampoo or change of new towels.

Spacious room, clean and warm.

Just a couple of things, there were no hangers at all when we first arrived, managed to get some from the staff the next morning. Also no drainer for washing up.

clean,Attention to detail, in the shower there was a long black hair and myself and my partner do not have black hair or long, would’ve been nice for a little bag of milk sugar tea and coffee so at least customers can have a drink and then go and purchase what they need.

Great location.

Location was great with easy access to public transportation and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was adequately furnished.

The apartment was small, needed more room around the bed. It was also a basement apartment which I did not like at all.

It’s an ok place to stay. better if you’re shorter than 4 foot tall. a little tired in places but clean.
