Me cobraron $330,000 colombianos de impuestos en el hotel adicional por ser colombiana

Las señoras de las aseo trataban siempre de hacer limpieza todos los días

1. Que por ser colombiana me cobraron $330,000 pesos colombianos(80 dolares) adicional del precio que salía en Booking, según el hotel los colombianos se le cobraban impuesto de $70 adicional!! Booking ponen un precio pero según el hotel no es real porque faltan impuestos para colombianos ,ellos hablan de que haya que leer la "letra pequeña" en la reserva no sé a qué se refiere pero si es una estafa bien grande 2. El día que llegué No tenían mi reserva activa , entonces por último me dieron una habitación sin ventana con mucho calor no había ventilación irresponsables , me quedé por qué Booking me descuenta de mi tarjeta ya que la tenía vinculada ,y por la necesidad de encontrar un hotel en lla noche era difícil ,se aprovechan de la necesidad

Decepcionado...

Solamente hay una persona en el restaurante para los desayunos, con dos o tres huespedes se colapsa el restaurante y obviamente la espera es eterna

Las instalaciones del hotel, es una infraestructura no moderna, habitaciones frías, el mobiliario es antiguo, los colchones de la cama son demasiado duros, el tamaño de la ducha es supremamente pequeño, el proceso de registro y generación de la factura electrónica son muy dispendiosos y lentos, no cumplen con la norma solicitando información por escrito (A sabiendas que la factura electrónica se debe generar con el numero del nit, la razón social y el correo electrónico), Si vas a tardar un poco en entregar la habitación te cobran dinero adicional, si vas a llegar antes de la hora de entrega de la habitación también te cobran. En conclusión, no volvería al hotel

Para eventos en el movistar o sus alrededores, volvería a este hotel indudablemente.

Good location, safe, helpful staff and very good on price.

The breakfast was good except for the coffee.

The absence of a table or desk in many or most rooms makes it a little difficult for business visitors.

Look for a better option same location.

The breakfast supposed to be included but when we went to the “restaurant” they said was not included and wanted to charge more money. Yo can hear all the noise of the neighborhood an the cleaning staff. Had to ask for toilet paper because when we arrived it was just a little bit (about 4 squares of the roll). Also, we were about half a day without wifi because maintenance. Great location but don’t worth the money. Way to expensive for the poor service.

They should improve the noise problem, the amenities. Their wifi network, etc…

I would not recommend this hotel because of the staff that work the front desk.

I like the location of the hotel it is in a good place to access different parts of the city and it is in a very central place.

The reservation clearly showed we were going to get a room with three beds and the room will have a window with a view but before check-in, I received a call from the staff letting us know that when we made the reservation but we did not mention if we wanted three single beds or one double and one single bed but that was not true but even when we showed them a copy of the reservation they still acted like that wasn't showing on their end. They gave us a room that had a window to the hallway where people walking outside could see us inside the room and it was a very uncomfortable experience for me and my family. After we asked them to provide for us what we reserved they yelled at my family telling us if we were not ok with the room to just leave after we had already paid for 12 nights. The staff was very rude at the front desk and in the breakfast area. The breakfast is not really good and there is little variety. For 12 days we had the same exact breakfast scrambled eggs so it would be nice to give different options. I would not recommend this hotel anymore because of the ways the staff humiliated my family with their rude comments and way of talking. Especially the staff manager is the rudest of all.
