Large area, but cheap maintenance over the years.

Good instructions for after hours access. Large kitchen area.

Wet carpet in front of bedroom air con. Lighting system is a mismatch of technology, e.g. needing to use the ceiling fan remote to turn on the first light after entering the door. The light switch near the door switched on the exterior light only. One small tube of shampoo for 5 people? Probably was a good hotel 40 years ago, but maintenance over the years was kept as cheap as possible. Couches were very old and dirty.

Spacious rooms, great location to shops and the beach

No clear certains on the windows so the shades had to be closed fully for privacy and there was no lights on in the BBQ area on Friday night even though the sign said closed 10pm and we couldnt find a light switch but we managed once our eyes adjusted

Excellent place for stay in Coffs

Apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you’d need for a short stay. Very close to shops and short walk to beach. The shower was the best we’ve had in all our travels !

It was a good place and I would recommend it again.

The location was in a nice area which was good due to the fact that the shopping centre was close by. Everything was easy to access and there was a lot of privacy.

I think I could have used a dishwasher and a dryer as it would have been mire helpful.

Nice stay in a comfy place

Got a text to inform me where the keys could be found and the code to unlock to get the room key

Generally one gets the keys from the reception so it was a bit strange given we checked in at 2pm also, the games room got shut at 6pm which was early.

Very clean, friendly staff.

Clean. Tidy. No electricity in the morning. Had to set alarm for very early and get showered before power was cut off. If I knew this at time of booking, I would not have stayed here as we needed a rest in between two long dats of driving,

No power after 8 am in the morning. No time for breakfast. Very inconvenient.

Easy late check in

Family room was very spacious and clean. We arrived at 11pm, the managers made it so easy to do a late check in.

We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean comfortable and spacious. The managers were wonderful and when I left a jacket behind posted it back to me at no charge which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Brillant, friendly, clean, central. Highly recommend!

Great location, beautifully maintained and all the stuff you need for a stay with a family. Cleanliness was second to none and the hosts were so lovely and accomodating.

Great for a night.

Located near to Park Plaza. Very quiet. Nicely presented older style ground floor unit. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom/ laundry design was unusual, but quite functional.

Much more than what we expected!

Kathy was extremely helpful right down to when the dryer wasn’t working properly she took my daughters sports uniform and used her personal dryer to get it done for us in time. She was so very kind and helpful. Above and beyond.

Nothing was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!
