Basic, comfortable in a great location.

Friendly staff. Great location. Walk to beach, walk to Hoey Moey for dinner and live music.

Dissapointing

Ceiling light and fan did not work. Had a desk lamp for lighting. The 2nd bed was a sofa bed. Very uncomfortable!

Great location, opposite the beach and easy parking. The bed was very comfortable.

Not value for money. I felt to get my money back.

Location was good. Easy finding.

When arrived no parking inside. I parked my car on the road side. The property requested there guest to throw the garbage from the room to outside bin. We pay for service and not to do cleaning for the property. Very very poor. The window was with no locks. The put a stick in the window so it cannot be opened. I got photos. The air con is poor. They should upgrade to split system. There was no table inside the room. Attached notes on the kitchen clearly says to throw rubbish or they will charge on our card.

Great location and comfortable stay. Would stay again for a night or two.

The room was clean and tidy and the location to food and drink venues was great. It was an easy to find location, with easy access to main feeder roads. Being directly opposite the beach was a nice bonus.

Was not happy in the morning when the cleaning team were scream to each other from the top rooms to the bottom rooms whilst some guests are still asleep. Good overnight or two-night stay but I would not stay for a family holiday.

Will keep returning here, can't wait for the renovations, hopefully prices won't go up too much

We like the location, you can walk across the road to the beach and bowling club and just a bit further up to the Hoey Moey hotel. We have stayed here many times.

smoking area a bit to close to the rooms and smoke blows int the room.

Really nice

Location, nice decor in the room and staff where extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

The shower head was a bit broken it still worked fine just sprayed water out the sides.

Made to feel welcome

Close proximity to beach,bowling club,hotel and bus service which was about 50 metres away . The lady in charge was very pleasant and had an easy outgoing personality and was able to change our room at last moment due to my wife having a mobility walker

No dining table in room and no adequate seating for 8 night stay and wifi needs working on as kept cutting out but all in all passable

Have stayed here numerous times . Will do so again Staff lovely to chat with very welcoming, and helpful.

Easy access to beach, and dinner across the road at the bowlo.

No pull down curtain to stop the morning light .

A nice little place that has some charm but lacks a modern approach for the area.

Arrived at approx 5.30pm, no one to greet us just a note on the door telling us which room we were staying in.

The motel was very old style and the room looked tired, needs modernising.

Bed was comfortable

The smell of bleach was very strong opened window but could still smell in morning. Room very outdated, no hairdryer,no iron.

Room ok & location great for what we paid. Needs some TLC.

Very poor customer service. Had to be contacted on several occasions before payment issue resolved.

The room was clean & it wasnt a noisy environment. Cafes were close by (in walking distance)

Location was excellent. Gardens were well kept. Towels were artistically arranged on the bed & toiletries were good.

Stock had not been checked & we had to request cutlery as there was only one knife. At one stage our door was unlocked by a patron who had either been given the wrong key or our room has been double booked.

No TV reception, but this was no big deal.

The reception was never open, the phone didn't answer and messages left went unanswered. Email unanswered too....potential loss of business

Poor

Surface areas were clean to a degree. Clean sheets and towels. Great sized room for wheelchair with a very handy kitchenette.

MOULD!!!!!!! The bathroom roof and some of the walls were covered in dark black mould. No one at reception on arrival or throughout the entire stay - names on reception door with room number and saying keys in door. Couldnt lock windows. Numerous light fitting not working.

Great location close to cafes, club and pub. Friendly man who owned the motel.

Bunk beds were squeaky every time you moved with very thin mattresses and pillows. Walls had stains on them.

This motel needs an overhaul.

Proximity to the beach.

No fly screens on windows. Light bulb missing from bed lamp. The fact that our room was left open for our arrival. Mosquitoes in the room. Half used soap in the shower. No hair-dryer in room.
