Foi perfeita, excelente!

Tinha tudo perto, fácil acesso dos passeios, próximo do metrô, mercados e até dá pra ir andando no shopping, me deram uma limpeza de quarto, os recepcionistas sempre educados, gentis, solicitos. A recepção sempre excelente e fiz amizade com a moça, que todos os dias da minha viagem perguntava como foi meu dia quando eu chegava, me deu dicas, fiz uma grande amizade que trouxe com carinho ao Brasil. Uma pessoa extraordinária, eu amei meus momentos!

Com 1h para o checkout, bateram na porta do quarto perguntando que horas eu ia, achei um pouco desrespeitoso.

Xenofobia

La señora que esta en la entrada, es una señora irrespetuosa. Mi pareja le reservé en este lugar, por lo cual me cuenta que la señora que estaba en la entrada, fue una persona totalmente poco amable, hizo comentarios tipo xenofobia, igualmente se hospedó en ese lugar ya era tarde y estaba cansado. Pero que fue una mala experiencia, ningún momento fue mal educado. Si vienes cansado de trabajar, y que te reciban asi. No es para nada agradable.

Acostarse temprano y no salir de noche

Los baños separados de las duchas

La señora que me recibió tenía pésimo trato, le indiqué que saldria a comer pues recien venia llegando y me dijo de inmediato que la puerta se cierra temprano, tampoco puedes utilizar las áreas comunes después de las 23h y la idea de este tipo de sitios es compartir con otros viajeros (nos mandaron a acostar como niños). Algunos hostales cierran sólo la cocina; aquí no se nos permitió continuar conversando ni en terraza o sala de estar. El sistema de bloqueo de las puertas es ruidoso y no es fácil mantener el descanso, las camas son poco estable y se mueven mucho (por ejemplo si la persona de una litera se gira mueve toda la estructura) Por la mañana abrieron cortinas y ventanas cerca de 8am (es casi invierno), la cocina no está equipada como para preparar un té (ni tazas encontré)

Les lits étaient confortables, l’hostel était bien placé

La gérante est vraiment très désagréable et pas du tout arrangeante. En plus de ça, bien que les espaces communs soient propres, la vaisselle était en tres mauvaise état. L’ensemble des poêles et casseroles est presque inutilisable

I liked everything but definitely the receptionist Matias, he was amazing so polite, funny and always helpful.

The rooms are very hot, it is very uncomfortable to climb into the bed upstairs as it seems that the stairs are going to break, very disrespectful by the people who do the cleaning who play their music very loud from very early in the morning.

The staff is nice. The beds are comfortable and the washrooms are clean.

Bedroom for 2 was quite small, we barely had room to put both our bags on the floor. Didn't see much going on around the hostel, but then again we only stayed 1 night.

Superb

Facilities are clean and staff is very nice! We had a guest in our room that wasn't comfortable with a ventilator during a very hot night and made a big scene and the staff was able to help us and was very professional!

do not waste your money and time

The old lady was very rude. She doesn’t care how much money you spend on taxi. I asked her if there was any transportation from airport and she said none. no train no bus. She said taxi is THE only option and don’t be late. I figured out that there was transvip(shared taxi) which is a lot cheaper than taxi. and also I asked her if I can get a towel and she sighed deeply and stared at me for no reason. also there are many issues… I moved to another hostel close to this one and they provide breakfast and free dinner! a lot better!!

Awful experience, do not recommend

I liked how clean the spaces were. That was it.

One of the workers, Sandra, was awful. From the minute I arrived she did not make me feel comfortable. Denying services that were granted by right, paid within the fares of the fee. Awful experience, do not recommend at all.

Terrible place do not stay there

Nothing was good.

The woman is terrible. She is so mad and woke me up at the middle of the night to pay for the room. I was told I could leave the bagage for no charge but when I picked it up she charged me 20 dollars for just two nights. Please do not stay at this hostel.

The woman at the reception was really friendly, and helpful. The location is really good.

The shower could be better.

Good value for money, very clean

I liked the fact each room door has a digital key lock, so no worries about the keys getting lost. Also, it is very clean and you spare a towel if you don't have any.

I didn't like the fact the room, as it was close to the reception desk, was not soundproof, so I could hear the doorbell continuosly, and that disturbed my rest.

I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone and everyone! they were so nice and it was a super clean facility!
