Plaisir, repos et patience.

Bravo à Salah a la réception pour son excellent accueil professionnel et chaleureux, la chambre et la plage aussi était très bien et propre, la partie rénovée du spa était aussi top

Le hammam et le gommage du spa ne sont vraiment pas exceptionnels, le hammam est a refaire les installations sont un peu anciennes et le gommage doit être fait dans la chaleur du hammam et non a l’extérieur sur les tables dans le froid, le service aussi au restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur malheureusement, pas les serveurs qui eux sont accueillants mais sûrement l’organisation de la cuisine qui ralentit tous les plats et leurs arrivées ils rendent interminables le dîner malheureusement.

Very nice stay on a very sandy beach (not even a pebble in sight)

Great breakfast spread. WiFi on the beach. Very friendly staff. 30 minute walk along the beach to the marina area.

a/c was a little weak in the room. Hotel with lots of families at the weekend (the adult thing seems to be ignored). Room needs some minor TLC.

Location and staff are really good

The food at the beach restaurant was never tasty.. Always had to return the plates be it cold or over cooked. In all my stays the previous and the current chef are taken over by what good food is all about.

Breakfast was good and the.location , great beach area

I used to come in the hotel these last 5 years but this time it was really not like a 5 star hotel. Poor staff consideration and very low quality of the room. We did have a door on our shower. I took a room with a sea view but they gave me in the beginning no sea view I had to ask for it . And then one of the room was not ready , bed not done and no amenities at all. We had to ask for it. This is not what we expect from these kind of hotel .

Superb

The hotel is absolutely superb - right at the beachfront, rooms are spacious and comfortable, with balconies overlooking the beach and the sea. The staff is very supportive, I have myself made some mistakes with my reservation and the front desk staff Mamdouh and the reservation manager Rihab were very helpful and forthcoming ensuring we were to solve everything smoothly. The food is also quite good and you will hardly miss anything. Perfect spot to relax and refresh while looking at the Mediterranean sea. Although some facilities were under reconstruction (like Sauna), there is plenty of things to do and enjoy yourself - outside pool(s), indoor pool, hamam etc.

I couldnt have a worse stay and experience in hamamet.. I am a Tunisian, and it was horrible.

The location if you are Tunisian and know the neighborhood only.

i stayed until 16h30 to check in. worse service

The location and outdoor facilities

The A/C isn’t working properly despite all efforts of the maintenance team.(and it’s a redundant problem), obviously clients coming from Europe might not complain about it. Lack of originality and variety for the buffet breakfast , may be because it’s the same over the last three consecutive years I am staying in this property.
