Locatie was perfect, midden in havengebied. Personeel was erg vriendelijk
Pand, kamers en sanitair was zeer slecht onderhouden. Ook schoonmaak liet te wensen over.

Bed sheets and pillow were SO comfortable. I paid £25 for one night so that’s very good value anyway, but the bed was comfortable too.

Just perfect if what you're looking for is a roof over your head. Cheap and efficient, staff are helpful.
Sadly due to other guests we slept about 30 minutes. A large group of forign children on a school trip wanted to stay up until 0630 running in the halls and slamming doors. I've stayed here many times and this is the first bad experience I've had though.

The Staff were very helpful. I asked for directions and was very well informed. The man working the night shift was very good, and also friendly when I arrived after my long journey down to Bristol.
Maybe the wash facilities could be a little improved.
It would be nice to have better shower and Bathroom facilities.

perfect location and view, very friendly staff
good mattresses
walls of the room were in a very bad condition.
shower is really far on the other side of the floor.

The location is great for seeing most of what Bristol has to offer. The bed comfortable and shower hot.
The showers are operated using a push tap same as for washing your hands in a public bathroom, the water stays on for only a few seconds at a time.
The only WiFi is in the lobby which is fine however it doesn't work.
The USB charging ports on the beds don't work and there isn't enough power points around the room for each bed.

Nice rooms
WiFi didn’t reach to dorms and only one shower/toilet for a couple rooms, with nowhere to keep clothes dry whilst showering
3.0 / 5.0
The location is very central. The people working behind the counter are helpful and have a no-fuss attitude. There is lift access. Free WiFi would have been nice. Rooms were warm.
We were promised a separate room with an ensuite to find that the door bathroom door was locked. The double bed is a little small for two people. The room was overpriced, even for New Year's Eve.

Love the location, the view from our room was amazing, the staff were very friendly and lobby looked beautiful
there was a green light that would stay on all thru the night and was sometimes keepin us up at night and the bathroom show had a weird yellow shade on the floor

Cheap price for central location and good facilities and services. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bed is quite small. Very few bathrooms and toilets. No wifi in the room upstairs, Internet only available in the common areas.
