Los baños muy sucios

the location was good
no towels
4.2
Beds were clean and comfortable . Room was warm.
Room was tight and awkward layout for family of 4 (2 teenagers) no real floor space
4.2
Location was great
Lots of parking
Plenty of room to sit about
We had been placed in what seemed to be the noisiest room below us was the boiler room and kept us awake as very loud
4.2
The room was excellent, clean, a good amount of space, comfy beds. The whole building had a very nice atmosphere, and I particularly liked the common areas and spaces.
4.2
Lovely and spacious. I only stayed 1 night so didn't use the facilities, except the kitchen which was really quiet as most people used the on site catering!
That I couldn't get through all the doors with my swipe card, except for the main entrance. It would be useful to add access to all the external doors, for example door to the kitchen as I sat outside for breakfast but then had to walk around the building to get back in to wash my stuff up
4.2
Great price and the centre is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Also there is a bar on site
4.2
Some areas where maintenance could be better.
4.2
Toilets way too cramped, needs curtain in shower. Pizza with cheap cheese and not cheap. Self catering small and hidden away with teeny cups and a few small tables.
4.2
I like how the staffs were super friendly and how easy it was to check in. I really like the bedroom as they were comfortable.
Nothing.
4.2
Staff were friendly and professional, cafe and breakfast room bright and inviting. Free parking useful.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, staff told us vegan options were cooked in same fryer as meat, which only left toast and cereal. Appreciate free breakfast for under 10’s, however. Wifi didn’t work, our family room was very poorly insulated for sound, children woken up at 2am by noisy neighbours!
4.2
Staff were friendly and it was clean.
It's a bit far out when you don't know York a great deal. It's also a bit of a maze indoors.

Everything
Friendly staff
Nice people
4.2
Friendly and helpful staff who responded very quickly to any questions or requests
Pillows are too flat and hard. Need to put more than one into each bed. Also, the bathroom extractor takes too long to switch off and is very noisy when trying to get back to sleep

Mostly,Everything is amazing.
Particularly staff behaviour is very nice.
Reception room is big, clean and well heated.
Separate kitchen facility where visitors can cook food themselves and eating together.
Separate Locker facility available
Lastly, very cheaper compare with such facilities.
According to me they have to write room no on each sencer keys because we were in trouble to open room due to two separate room booked.
All sencer keys were same no number on that.
So I think improve this service only.
4.2
clean and free parking

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Clean.
Nice communal seating area.
It's a hostel so it's basic - no TV, no kettle, bunk beds etc. But it's a hostel so that's what you expect.
Room a bit too warm; could do with windows at either side being able to open.
4.2
Size of private, en suite room was huge and location to city centre was great
The breakfast wasn't as good value as other hotels or cafes
4.2
