For 3 days maximum.

The room was comfortable and very clean every day. The water in bottle were supplied every day.

The restaurant need better menu and presentation The beach is nice but there is not service. The hotel need to improve the attention at the pool and beach areas Once you have a couple of meals you need to eat somewhere else because eveything taste the same. Elevators can use renovation. There isn’t information for the guest about places to eat near by. None speak Spanish

Very good location, a bit pricey.

We were stuck there during Hurricane Beryl and the property took excellent care to ensure we were safe and informed. The location is excellent - right on the beach and all the food we had tasted very good.

They did not have too many vegetarian options. Many times, the only veg choice was a salad and/or fries. Additionally, during the hurricane, we were provided the same set of dishes for around 3 meals in a row. This is understandable since they were short staffed, but it would have been nice if they had lowered the prices of the meals since we couldn't go anywhere outside either.

Not up to Hilton Standard.

Check in and check out was easy.

Almost everything. The hotel was beat up and worn. The furniture (all in bad condition), bathroom (chipped tub, dirt facet), broken lobby door handles, 2 floors with broken ice makers, and more.

THE ROOMS WERE FANTASTIC, SPACIOUS, COSY AND CONDUSIVE FOR DOING WORK ON YOUR LAPTAPS. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH THE VARIETY OF OPTIONS - ESPECIALLY LIKED THE SALAD. THE BEACH WAS VERY MAJESTICS WITH THIER VERY UNIQUE WHITE SANDS WHICH GAVE THE BEACH AN EXOTIC LOOK.

the room service app was not working to order dinner and the person on the phone taking the order had no knowledge of the meals available and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by querying the options.

Personal war nicht gut, Zimmer wurde nach Urgenz nach 16:00 gemacht. LateCheckout nicht zugestimmt, ohne Prüfung. Sehr teures Essen, schwache Qualität.

Housekeeping was a bit chaotic- 2 days room was not made up, 2 days was made up after 5pm. First choice of meal in restaurants not available on two occasions. Sometimes service was very slow ( over 30 mins just to get a menu )

Frühstück bei Preis von 595€ nicht inbegriffen. Restaurant um 21:30 schon geschlossen. In der Bar kam das Essen erst nach einer Stunde. Zähe Kebabs. Nasszelle sanierungsbedürftig.

Overpriced and very dated

Location on beach

Very dated and shabby. Poor check in procedures - I had to wait four hours and not even offered a drink of water! Lots of people arrived after me were allocated rooms. The plug in the bath didn’t work. The TV remote didn’t work. There were only paper cups in the rooms for tea and coffee. I paid £500 per night for a solo occupancy and no food or drinks included. Terrible experience

Decent hotel, not your standard Hilton.

The property is in a beautiful location but needs a lot of standard maintenance (not Caribbean Maintenance). The wear and tear was noticeable in every area of the property.

Wonderful location with private beaches, a historic fortress and two separate pools.

Beautiful grounds, nonchalant

Room was nice

No vegan options, rude room service, housekeeping taking my clothes and bug spray that were in a drawer the first night of my stay! Be careful of your belongings because housekeeping literally took my clothes.

The location is perfect and the amenities were excellent. The room was sizable enough and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The floorplan is also very open and perfect for the area.

Good trip

I liked that they had different pools to accommodate kids and adults, I also liked the private beach area where my kids could swim. The room was always cleaned in a timely manner and smelt great

The restaurants were highly overpriced especially the Lighthouse. The breakfast was not worth the money at all
