The beach and pool areas were great! Rooms were comfy. Everything looked clean. Staff were friendly. Is in a good location. Jake’s across the street was good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating
Restaurant closed due to renovations.

Ideal location on the beachfront

It was clean and staff were friendly. The daily activities and drink specials were enjoyable.
The facilities were a little outdated and food at the restaurant was bland and seemed to cater to British or American tastes (we were hoping for local or Caribbean options). There wasn’t a gym, or shuttle service. More shade on the pool deck would have been nice.

It was clean and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were OK and the location is great
Rooms are a little tired but you tend to find and hear about this being common in Barbados unless you are paying outrageously high hotel money.

Området kändes väldigt säkert att promenera i, man måste gå en bit för att komma till lite flera restauranger men inget som störde! :)
Om man sover lätt kan man bli lite störd av vägen som går utanför hotellet..

My brother’s room was not ready on arrival on the Saturday - it did not have a working shower. He was moved on the Sunday to an cheaper and inferior room, with no financial recompense or money back.
Absolutely unacceptable.

Good setting. Hard working staff. Nightly entertainment. Good food.
Latest check in the world 400pm! Among earliest check outs 11am. Needs payments for earlier or later.
Some meals had very large starters and large main courses that there was food wastage.

Arrived late at night and got a warm welcome and quick check in. The hotel is well situated, both in terms of being right on the beach and near the Garrison Savannah historic area if you like to explore a bit. It felt safe too. Seems to be different things happening in the communal areas every day and night, and the bar / restuarent over the road allows you to charge meals and drinks to your room. The rooms are spacious and the upper floors have a great view down onto the beach.
The room decor is a little dated and the self catering features are a little limited (to a microwave, kettle and toaster with basic utencils and crockery). I think this hotel is a real gem for families and couples, but probably less suited to solo travellers (as I was at the time). Staff were friendly, but felt a bit out of place going for a drink in one of the bars.

Beach - cleanliness of property, pool
Beds - I found very hard
Breakfast "package" - a lot of money for not much choice

The room was bright and airy, bath and pool towels were luxurious, beds very comfortable.
Nice little kitchen space with microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge. Location is perfect, close to Pebble beach and the Boardwalk.
Just a few too many steps, would request a lower floor next time. I didn't mind it but, the road noise is quite loud with the honking, music playing ZR buses going by regularly, which is also a plus as you get get a ride to anywhere very easily.

All rooms have ocean views. There style is simple, neat, perfect for a relaxing and quiet staying.
My room A/C was a little noisy.

Nice cozy beach, with pleasant shadow from the trees. Beach bar and happy hour there. Cool security guard
air conditioning very loud, room located above the restaurant so smell was coming

The location right on the beach was perfect. The restaurant across the road was handy with nice food.
The road was a little noisy. Some of the staff were unfriendly and rude. On booking.com the breakfast was advertised as £11 per person per day but when we asked we were told it was 28$Pppd, bit of a difference. Checkout was extremely slow and busy so leave at least an hour before you need to.

Good location
Food was decent
Friendly staff
We booked a Superior ocean front room with a balcony. Do not except room 26 on check in it has a restricted view with a view of the roof over reception and a solid wall when sitting on the balcony which again restricts your view it is not like the views on the pictures.

They don’t even realize they are no good at all. Vicious talking to clients. Be careful because they will make you pay whatever they want!! Ridiculously expensive for a ZERO quality of food and beverages. Had to explain the bartender how mojito is composed, and even after this he got it wrong!! Happy hour is only for drinks you don’t want! Not even for a piña colada. Lousy lousy lousy… so disappointing you will only be happy when you leave this place! Lazy employees singing and dancing reggae hanging on the bar instead of attending clients. No education, No effort at all. Arrogant speaking…. My God, I don’t even know how this hotel is still running. Maybe because of pigeons as me any you. Gods luck!!!
