Very clean and the staff was amazing.
There were 16 of us and they treated us so well.

The room was exceptionally accommodating. All the essentials you need in a room!!! I actually booked this room bc I mixed up the dates for my original booking elsewhere.
Once I arrived at actual hotel..I prefer Las Terrazas room I had over other. Amenities are broader. But the cost and the essentials in the room are better at Las Terrzas.
Food options.

Lovely pool and setting - the grounds were really pretty. Food at the restaurant was also really good.
We didn't have our sheets changed all week which I would have expected. The condo also flooded quite badly on our first night due to a storm.

Gorgeous property, well isolated from the busyness, but not too far away from the city center, beaches, right there, wonderful swimming pool, great staff

The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the area, the general manager was so personal, the pool was amazing, the grounds were very tropical and well kept. Just lovely!

The environment was very quiet and not over crowded. The staff was amazing.
Access to drinking water, it is expensive to pay for all drinking water.

great staff. great rooms.
a bit far out of town.

Great value for the money. I've paid a lot more for much less. Perfect for a family stay.
The location is very remote. Hard to get to and hard to get to other nearby attractions. Had to rent a golf cart. Might be nice if they had a fleet of their own carts.

everything
not a thing at all.

Villa with a beach view was fantastic. Very helpful concierge staff - booked our diving/snorkeling trips and trips to the mainland for visiting Mayan ruins. Spa services were good. Lucy our server in the O restaurant was outstanding. There is a great bakery and a good restaurant about 800 meters south of the property, so walking distance.
~Spa tub always tripped a GFI switch located under it - so someone had to come and flip it to use. There was never hot water in the villa, just luke warm water.
~Booking advertised fixed prices for meals - that was not the case. The property indicated that was not the case. Our dinner for 4 which was booked at the O restaurant before we left the US was over US$180; as opposed to the priced quoted by Booking.com. A cup of coffee in the restaurant was just shy of US$6.
~Location of the property was 3.5 miles north of San Pedro, so it took about 30 minutes by golf cart to get there, or 15 minutes by boat. Golf cart rentals were US$80/day (but was discounted for additional days)
~Round trip transportation between Belize City to property was an additional US$239/person and included a flight to San Pedro then a Van/Boat to the property.

loved the beach and the hammocks; the pier and watching the sunsets in the morning; coffee provided at the unit; comfy beds; good space; chill vibe and really helpful and friendly staff.
Not easy to walk to many places or for a Long Beach walk but there are other activities!’

close proximity to water, activities available, San Pedro. they made things very easy to set up and enjoy. really enjoyed the activities were our family and private
would have been nice to have a small store with more options. more options for food.

Beautiful hotel , with secluded private beach. Pool area was lovely. Staff were really friendly. Pregnancy massage was great and pamper package.
It would have been nice to have some activities or entertainment. A yoga mat was provided but no yoga session/lesson. Some live music would have been nice in the evenings.

beautiful property, beautiful rooms, close to secret beach

The location was great! We wanted to be away from the festivities of downtown for our stay. Our room was exactly what we thought it would be! The food was great however, complementary breakfast would have been nice; though we appreciated the welcome drinks!! 🌴

Loved the intimate boutique feel. The pool was gorgeous.
3.5 / 5.0
The quality of the food was good, but the cost was twice as expensive as eating out in town.
The resort fess and cost for hotel was more expensive than a trip to Hawaii.

Superb location, great food

Clean, comfortable best customer service.
when I was booking, they were slow to respond about my issue. No Beach, but whole San Pedro has the same problem because of the seaweeds. The road to town is worse than worse, 15 min in golf cart.

I didn't initially choose this hotel because there wasn't enough reviews but let me help change that. The hotel itself was exceptional. The lounge areas were beautiful, the pool and surrounding chairs were great/comfy. It looks like the photos.
The staff was exceptional. They were super accommodating and friendly. Everyone I meet was professional. The hotel helped us arrange everything. From golf cart rental (their form of transport), to tours, covid testing and even transport back to the international Airport. They made the entire trip wonderful. I would come back to this hotel based on the staff and service alone.
We ate at their restaurant several times. One very delicious valentines dinner. Everything we ate was great and reasonably priced. Drinks were the same.
The rooms had comfy beds and pillows with a ton of space. I think they are meant to be apartments so they are spacious.
The location is about 3 miles from the main city. Walking distance to a few places but otherwise you'll need a golf cart or bike. This location is a bit closer to secret beach. They allow bike rentals only during the day and it's free. You can also use their kayaks and paddle boards.
Not a complaint. More of a notice. The beach areas in San Pedro are not typically walk right in. There is a lot of seaweed and rocks so there isn't technically direct walk in beach access. However, this was typical everywhere and you could still lounge by the beach if desired.

Lots of issues with the 3 bedroom villa. Refrigerator was leaking, toilet in master bedroom had a commode that was so loose that you were almost scared to sit on it, the master shower would go hot and cold without warning.
The villa was in poor shape and not worth the tariff charged
2.5 / 5.0
The room was spacious and the air conditioning fantastic. The pool is lovely.
The room smelled like Lysol every day. The beach had so much litter on it, I had to hang at the pool.
4.8 / 5.0
The suites are roomy, clean, well equipped and serviced regularly.
The food at the 0 restaurant for dinner is average. The pool food is good though
