I absolutely loved the property and the room looked exactly like the pictures. The staff was 10 ⭐️ there was nothing we could ask for and they didn’t deliver. I am definitely going back and will be rebooking with them again.
It was a bit far, after a day or so we didn’t mind the drive.

The staff was so friendly and professional. Every single person we interacted with was kind, well trained, funny, responsive. Heydi was extremely helpful and responsive. We saw the manager a number of times, as she is on site regularly and checks in with guests. The guys at the bar gave us good ideas for day trips and beaches to visit.
The location feels removed when you look at a map, and the first time you drive your golf cart from pavement onto the dirt/sand road with a couple miles still to travel, it is removed, but the hospitality of the team, beauty of the location, and thoughtful details and comfort of this property are so worth it!
Finally - the food was great. Everything we tried on the menu was delicious, and we really enjoyed the pizza.
Only drawback is the water (shower and sink, not drinking water) occasionally had an ashy smell. And in our second floor unit the water pressure was uneven, and sometimes very light.

Very friendly and courteous Staff. There was a small issue with the pricing I received by email the price by the hotel. The Staff handled the issue with utmost professionalism and the issue was sorted out quickly.

This hotel lived up to the boutique standard with exceptional service, wonderful food and perfectly balanced drinks. The room was inpeccably clean, with multitudes of fluffy towels, soft sheets and a comfy bed. It also had a well appointed kitchen, but their food and drink were so good you had no desire to cook for yourself. It was, however, nice to have a supply of the local Belekin beer in the refrigerator.
Through no fault of the hotel the beach wasn't as beautiful as others on the cay. There was a lot of sea grass making it hard to maintain. They were working on this issue, to provide a better barrier, as the one that they had came loose in a storm.

We were the first guests at this newly renovated property! Welcome cocktails were brought to the deck of our 2-bedroom beach-front cabana, which was beautiful, large, and had everything we needed and more. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and organized our golf cart rental from the airport and snorkeling trip with pick up from in front of the hotel. The restaurant’s seafood was fresh, with generous portions, and good value for money. The Belizean breakfasts were great, too. We also used the property’s kayaks and brand new snorkeling gear to explore the reef right in front of the hotel. We’d definitely return!
The last part of the drive is on an unpaved road, which might not appeal to some, but being further out from San Pedro doesn’t disappoint!

Because their apartment was in a concrete enclosure, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. We had to go down to the restaurant to connect with the Wi-Fi. A router in the apartment would have been great.
Also we like to cook eggs in the morning for breakfast in the pan that was there was terrible.

It’s one of a few properties tucked away at the end of a small road with a small gated parking lot on one side. The other is steps away from the water with a beautiful view of the ocean. You’ll be close enough to downtown to travel back and forth daily but far enough away for true peace and quiet.
We loved our room, two bedroom, large patio, high ceilings and an open living room and kitchen. Even before we got there Brian (the owner) was in communication with me helping us plan our trip. Telling me all the do’s, don’ts and maybes making our travel there smooth as silk. They have a Resturant and bar with an awesome staff or you can walk the shore to the other few hotels in the area. The whole trip was a truly rememberable experience that wouldn’t have been the same without The Turtle Cove. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH.

Quiet and secluded, cute place right on the ocean
Cleaner pool mainly, no beach or dock for swimming
