We had a great holiday in Cape Patterson. The location of the house is very close to the beach and walking trails. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor seating areas were a bonus and the garden was lovely and grea for our dog.

The home is located in a very convenient position close to both the Cape Paterson bay and surf beaches. We enjoy our walks along the shores of both beaches and along the coastal cliff tops paths.
The home is like a second home and is well maintained, tastefully decorated, plenty of sunlight with all that is necessary for an enjoyable holiday.

Walk to the beach or to the pub/shops. Really quiet spot (except for a few load cars during the night - suspect young P-platers hooning up the Rd a bit - nothing too bad though).
The property is awesome & the heat that little fireplace pumps is amazing.... can almost warm the entire place!
It only lacked one thing - a toaster or sandwich press (unless it was really well hidden) would happily stay here again and highly recommend this Stayz.

Hadn’t been to Cape Paterson before so we were keen to explore.
Sea-Esta was positioned perfectly for this- literally a stone’s throw from the tiny township and across the road from the beach.
House was perfect for us and our 4 kids and we enjoyed so many moments in front of the lounge log fire area, in the beautifully manicured backyard and on the front decking lounge area.
Well equipped home with comfy beds, this holiday home hit every mark.
Our dog loved it the most, as she was able to be amongst the family and running on the beach was her dream come true.

We have been going to the Cape each Christmas for approximately 10 years and this has to be one of the best properties we have stayed at.
Excellent layout and location. Pet friendly so our dogs could come too.
The property has everything you need and even provides some items in the pantry and laundry.
We stayed for 5 weeks and wish we could have stayed for longer.
A well maintained, well presented property that is very family friendly.

The weather did us no favors, but the accomodation was spot on. One thing I respect about our hosts, they do invest in the property. Its our third visit, and we see improvements each time. Would stay again.

We have stayed at this property twice now. We love that the beach is across the road and another beach is a short walk. Our son loved exploring the rock pools. A quick walk to the pub, cafe and general store means you have all at you need without getting in the car. For the cooler months the fire is really cosy! Very nice relaxing on the front or back deck and beds are comfortable. We have booked again for next year!

Nice quiet location, great coffee around the corner and right across from the beach. Lovely wood fire kept us toasty during the night. 40 to 50 minutes to get to Phillip Island for the GP.

We just had a lovely 3 day stay.
The property is lovely with everything you need and more.
It’s very clean and a great location.
The fire place was great we used it every day.
Although the beach was cold we went walking and even swam.
Our 9 year old didn’t want to leave and our 16 year old dog was at home.
We will definitely rebook.

We will be back :)
The house is beautifully presented and so close to the beach. There's a great selection of books, games and movies to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. Our four legged babies were spoilt sleeping in front of the wood heater. We will definitely be back soon.

Winter Get-Away
We enjoyed our one week sea-side holiday at Sea-Esta. It is conveniently located close to the surf beach and coastal walks. We found it clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen which was ideal for us. Loved the back deck, the winter sun was quite warm out there. The beds were comfortable and the wood stove made it very cosy at night. Highly recommend this lovely cottage in Cape Pstterson.

Welcoming coastal retreat
A cosy and welcoming break from the routine of life. A short stay here is great way to recharge and reboot. Across the road from the beach, the beauty of the rock pools and having the ocean on our doorstep was just what our family needed to reconnecting.
Sea-esta had all the creature comforts we could hope for and even our little fur-baby was lulled to sleep by the crackling coonara.
We hope to come back.🤞🤗

Great ocean location
Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised that it looked as it was advertised. The home is well located within a very short distance to the beach, cafe and pub. The home is well decorated and loved the high ceilings and beachy theme. The wood heater was very much loved on some chilli nights and early mornings. The backyard was large and well secured and our big boy loved the zoomies around the fresh grass. Overall, well and trully enjoyed our stay.

This is perfect place for a family. Lots of space, closed to the beach.
Morning Nicole and Michael
We love your house!! It has a good vibe.
The whole family enjoyed it - which is a rarity.
It was the first time our dog ( Daphne) has been to the beach. She is such a beach dog.
We loved going for morning and arvo swims and coming home to the log fire.
The beds where very comfortable and having the sunny spot out the back.
We've made some great memories being here and we would love to come back soon.
Thanks
Howard
