We liked everything about this hotel. Fab breakfast was and it was cooked & served by David. David was a fab host. Making sure our stay was perfect, which it was. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. A very quiet location 👍😊

Enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely location & great place to stay to recharge our batteries.

Lovely quiet location. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit. Host was very knowledgeable with places to visit and directions. Our room was very spacious with great views. Tasty breakfast. Their dog Rocky was great fun.

Nice and quiet.

Didn't like the shared kitchen/shower room arrangements, although there was no one in the adjoining room, so I got away with it. The place is a little remote but it gives you the chance to see the wonderful countryside.

Owner immediately moaned about price of electric and asked to use heating sparingly.( minus 6 overnight). After frost shower didn't work.

wifi codes that last 1gb made it difficult for me to edit my photos and do work. I’m not sure why they have this set up, but it means having to ask owner for extra codes and so on. which can be a bit of a hassle . also means you couldn’t watch a Netflix film or listen to music online as at 1gb it wouldn’t even get you 15 mins on YouTube

Quiet peaceful location, fantastic breakfast, and a really enjoyable stay

We loved staying at Strenneth. It's in a lovely quiet location, and there has been a lot of thought included in the rooms, such as having reading lights, and free coffee/biscuits/hot chocolate. The hot cooked breakfast is also fantastic, and the owner was so helpful suggesting places for us to visit. We would definitely go back.

great breakfast and fresh coffee. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The place has plenty of character and feels homely. Definitely a place worthwhile staying at as a base to explore the area.

Stayed there 2 nights and used Saturday to visit Bressingham which was also a great experience.

Breakfast excellent, rooms very comfortable, lovely setting, peaceful and quiet. Friendly staff and rooms in period. The stay was excellent and great value for money, highly recommended for a holiday or break.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very friendly host. Excellent English breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. Super clean. We used Strenneth as a base to visit sights in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Excellent from top to toe - we'll stay there again.

Just about everything. Cordial welcome, clean and comfortable en suite room of adequate size. Ready access to windows for ventilation, appliances worked properly. Parking on site. Most pleasant all round.

The room and surrounding outside area was lovely . Didnt get informed where the dining area was however hadnt booked breakfast.

Noise from other rooms quite loud at times (could do with sound proofing maybe) door locks difficult if arthritis in your hands.

Nice weekend stay with amazing hosts
