Great location in a residential area but an easy walk to the historical centre.
San Zeno church and many eating options at your doorstep.
Lovely courtyard garden for breakfast and relaxing.
Fantastic breakfast.
Kind and attentive host.
Not a problem for us, but note there is no lift... which you wouldn't expect in this beautiful old home.

It’s beautiful! Everything is carefully done and placed. The bedroom was exactly like the pictures and more! Perfect location! The host is great! Definitely will be back if I have the chance! Thanks for everything!!!

The location was perfect. Close enough to get into the centre of Verona but in a quiet and pleasant district.
The breakfast could be improved. I personally like more fresh fruit and nuts for breakfast.

Lovely little hotel with the kindest, friendliest host. Room was clean and updated while retaining the charm of the old building. Breakfast was simple and delicious.

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet. Close to amenities. Very nice, helpful proprietor.
There were no complaints.

A lovely B&B located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes away from the Old City, right near the St. Zeno Cathedral. Quite a few nice restaurants and bars very close by, but notably less tourists.
The room is spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, although surprisingly firm at first. Breakfasts in the beautiful garden are a treat.
In fact, we loved it so much that we stayed a week instead of one night.
Beware that the house is rather old, so you may occasionally hear other guests from your room. However, there were only a few people staying, so it did not bother us.

A traditional property with lots of character.

The hotel is practically next door to San Zeno and a 10 minute walk from the old city centre. The hotel location is exceptionally quiet; you can only hear the birds! The garden is lovely and relaxing. The breakfast is indeed quite good. You can eat to your heart's delight and be all set for a full day of sightseeing. Our room was very nicely decorated, the bed really large and very comfortable. And Madame Francoise is a great hostess, very helpful, effective and friendly. She made us feel as invited family friends!
We really could not find something to fault!

I will totally recommend it: nice, cozy hotel where we felt at home with only 4 rooms. Will come back again 100% next time we visit Verona!

Breakfast was very good and very generous. Our host could not be friendlier. She was very helpful with a nice sense of humor.
Nothing, really. We were very satisfied.

Wonderful location in a nice residential area of Verona, yet a 5-minute walk to the river (and our favorite pizzeria Vesuvio), and 15 minutes to the historic center. Also a smaller area with cafes, restaurants and shops at the other end of the street. Host Francoise was attentive to all our needs, and served a magnificent breakfast in the lovely garden. And she made great cappucino!
Room was comfortable and bathroom fairly generous. Parking is on the street (paid) or at a nearby parking garage.
Would definitely stay here again! And Verona is a beautiful, romantic city!

We really loved this small and cosy place. It felt like we are not even a big city, the atmosphere, the design, the garden where we had our breakfast (which was delicious!), the hospitality of our host, Francoise were all part of it. Fantastic place to stay and enjoy the city! :)

Rooms clean, breakfast plenty and delicious, water provided. 10 min walk to the city along the river. Quiet neighborhood.
My partner felt the mattress was too hard.
The A/C could‘ve been a bit more quiet.

This is our favorite place to stay in all of Italy. It is the very definition of the word "charming." It's location within walking distance of the Castlevecchio could not be better. The best gelato can be found just steps away. Francoise, the innkeeper, is delightful! Breakfasts are a sight to behold...each one is a veritable feast. The attention to every detail is astounding and appreciated. This place is lovely and magical and perfect! We,have stayed here before and plan to stay here again...every chance we get!
