Superbe!

La grandeur, fonctionnalité et surtout la magnifique déco de l' appartement.Le personnel à l' écoute et attentionné.Les lits super confortables !!! Apprécié le sucre, huile olive, sel...Et le lave-vaisselle un plus. Bref nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Una elección cien por cien acertada

Una auténtica maravilla, con una terraza estupenda con unas vistas a la bahía y a los jardines preciosas. La decoración muy cuidada y la limpieza, impecable. Sabrina, la directora, nos trató estupendamente y nos ayudó muchísimo a disfrutar de todo lo que había que hacer por la zona. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Muy recomendable.

Por decir algo, la playa que tiene justo delante tiene algunas piedras, y hay q mirar bien antes de zambullirse, pero el agua es transparente y se ve muy bien

A Sabrina foi excelente ao nos receber. Quarto super limpo e confortável . Com uma decoração intimista, atentos ao pormenor. Acesso direto à praia . Recomendo

Grandiose Unterkunft mit großartigem Personal!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Sabrina hat uns sehr gut betreut, stand auch immer per WhatsApp für Fragen zur Verfügung und hatte viele tolle Tipps. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, es hat an nichts gemangelt und war wunderschön. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und der Ausblick auf das Meer war toll. Es gibt einen direkt Zugang zum Strand mit liegen, Schirmen und sogar einem Kajak, was ohne Aufpreis genutzt werden kann. Auch das Frühstück war lecker.

Es war alles toll! Es gibt fußläufig nicht besonders viel Auswahl an Restaurants, 3 die gut sind, allerdings muss man vorher auf jeden Fall reservieren. Übernimmt aber auch die Gastgeberin.

Horel is in a lovely location, on the beachfront, and also not so far from several very good restaurants. Rooms are equipped with everything that is needed for a relaxing time incl. terrace with a nice view. The staff was very warm and always ready to help or advise with any questions. From the accommodation available, walk by the beach several kilometers and enjoy the coast. Also, it is not so far from beaches, and finding any "authentic" place for silence or meditation by car is no problem. Generally, I can fully recommend ...

Stressful check-in and a nice stay

The location is very nice, very convenient for dinner and for getting to Ile aux Cerfs. There's a small beach in front of it and watching the sunset at the beach with a book is a very nice thing to do at the end of the day.

There's room for improvement when it comes to communication via the Booking.com app. Four days before our arrival, I got an automated message from the property manager saying a late check-in could be arranged. I spent the next 3 days or so trying to get an answer via the Booking.com chat about checking in at 19h, instead of 16h, and it wasn't until 21h on the day before check in that I finally got an answer, after reaching out directly to them on Whatsapp. When I told the person in charge of bookings that I'd lose money having to cancel at the last minute tours I had already booked in the absence of a response, I was told that they could not be blamed for not responding on a timely manner and that a late check-in was a favour (as if they hadn't offered me that in the first place...). Responding on a timely manner is the minimum to be expected for a place that positions itself as a place that tries to provide the best and most personal service to guests. Piece of advice: if you really want to stay in this place, just take the usual check-in hours and avoid all the stress....

Exceptional

The studio room was very clean and tidy. Beautiful modern interior decoration. A peaceful place to just get away from our busy lives and relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the owner Mr. Jocelyn and his wife for their friendly welcoming hospitality, and also to the staff Mr. Warren and Madame Rekha for your kind service 😊

Best getaway weekend on the east coast at blue ocean suites and apartment.

Best weekend getaway ever, so peace and relaxing environment . The staff was exceptional , very good service and good food. The room so tidy and clean. The view was phenomenal with the beach just a few meters. Absolutely amazing place. Totally recommend people you won’t regret it. Thanks Warren and Rekha. Good job 👍🏽
