Great place to stay!

It’s a stunning property, one that I would recommend to anyone looking for the views, facilities, ambience and location.

The service standard. Some of the staff were warm and friendly but some were not trained well and it reflected in their responses and overall attitude.

لم يقدمون لي الغرفه اللذي اخترتها لم يحترمون موعد دخول للغرفة حيث تم اسكاني الساعه 6 مساء وفوق ذالك لم تكن هي الغرفة المطلوبه ولم يهتم بي احد ولم يقدمون لي ائ خدمه كانت من اسوى الفنادق

Hôtel trop vétuste surtout les chambres bruyantes pour le prix demandé, ils vivent sur leurs acquis

Le personnel, le buffet, le cadre avec de nombreuses piscines dont la quiet sans enfants

La vétusté des chambres et surtout aucune isolation : bruit d’écoulement permanent dans les toilettes , porte mal insonorisée couloir Houskeeping irrégulier même suit à 2 appels de ma part , ils avaient oublié ma chambre ; la fille habituelle était en congé !

Unbelievable honeymoon experience!

I stayed at Constance Belle Mare Plage for my honeymoon and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice of hotel. The hotel itself is stunning and truly makes you feel like you are in paradise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the entirety of our stay - special shout out to Joy who as his name suggests made our honeymoon even more joyful. The food was delicious and had plenty of options with the numerous restaurants on site, while there were plenty of activities to keep us occupied - the golf courses in particular were spectacular!

The only thing that was a shame was that due to the amount of palm trees at the resort, most of the place is in the shade by about 4/5pm

Family holidays to relax and enjoy sea and sun

we really liked the swimming pool by Indigo restaurant and kids club was nice. Breakfast and lunch in the Citronelle restaurant were of very good quality offering lots of choice. Special thanks to Saira in the eggs section, who was always smiling, very polite and caring to her clients, she always made my day in the morning. Also thanks to Neema for checking on our room and making the necessary changes (from 2 to ground floor). Servers in the bar were also very committed and taking care of us in a good way, also making sure that our daughter was not left out. Spa services were great (massages and pedicure), special thanks to Frank for professional service.

My opinion in general is that the resort could try to make the accesses more stroller friendly (there were many parts not easily accessible by a stroller, building small ramps along those couple of stairs makes a big difference for parents struggling with heavy strollers).☺️☺️ Other things to look at, the drainage in the shower is a huge problem, it works really slow to drain the water. We changed rooms during our stay and the problem was the same in the second suite (in both showers).

What a great Honeymoon vacation

Constance Belle Mare Plage is a beautiful place!! The Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We were served cocktails and food on the beach, they had a lot of water activities, we went snorkeling with the constance staff and it was just amazing!!

We went there for our Honeymoon. We didn't book a Honeymoon package because there was no option on bookings.com for Honeymoon packages, we did tell the hotel staff we are on our Honeymoon and the lady said she will see if she can arrange something special for us. However they never did arrange, not their fault at all but it would have been very nice to have something done by the hotel

L’emplacement ! Le buffet citronnelle et le service du personnel au sein du buffet au petit soin

Le personnel d’accueil ! Se trompe sur la chambre et longue attente pour le Check in Pas du tout réactif …. ( on a demandé un cendrier qu’on a jamais pu avoir ) Ne préviens pas qu’il faut réserver au plus vite pour certains restaurants et activités incluses

المنتجع فخم وجميل و واسع فيه أكثر من مطعم والبوفيه منتوع.

- حطونا بأخر غرفه بالمنتجع وكنا نمشي مسافه طويييييله جدًا لدرجة كرهنا نطلع. - حجزت غرفتين لبالغين وطفلين وتفاجئت هناك انهم يقولون كل غرفة لبالغ واحد ودفعوني زيادة مبلغ 1030 يورو مايعادل 4 الاف ريال سعودي.

المنتجع جميل والشاطئ نظيف لاكن في شهر يونيو ويوليو التيارات الهوائيه مره قويه ماتتقدر تستمتع كثير والافطار ممتاز

Super plan à l’est de Maurice

Très beau complexe avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Chambre qui donne sur la plage Buffet très complet Je recommande

Check in un peu long Wifi qui disparaît dans certaines parties communes Sur la note finale je leur ai signalé qu’il manquait 2 repas…mon honnêteté n’a pas été payante 😅 Le comportement de certains clients…mais ça ils n’y peuvent pas grand chose .

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel.

Die Villa mit Meerblick, speziell die Villa 7, ist schon sehr außergewöhnlich. Sehr viel, fast zuviel Platz und direkter privater Zugang zum Meer über eine eigene Leiter. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit vom Rest. Inklusive Masterservice. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der für uns zuständige Master, Atma, immer für uns da, dabei dezent, aussergewöhnlich freundlich, ruhig und fast unsichtbar. Das Essen am Buffet war vielfältig und Frühstück ausreichend in der Auswahl. Alles für uns wichtige war inklusive. Das Personal um die Villen herum und im Restaurant, war immer freundlich und achtsam. Preise für die weiteren Dinge wie Essen und Getränke waren durchaus ok, waren allerdings mit dem eigenen Auto unterwegs und damit einkaufen im Nachbarort. Die Anlage war sauber und viel Personal.

It's such a beautiful, stunning resort. The staff are friendly and helpful - always going the extra mile to assist. The rooms are lovely, clean and well kept. The food at all the restaurants was exceptional. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend and return.

On the days we were there the Beach was a little dirty but still usable. Just weeds had swept up to shore. I noticed they did had a bulldozer clean it up on our last day. I just wish they did it before. And it took almost an hour to get our bags when we were about to leave.

A memorable stay at Constance.

The resort is very beautiful. Large variety of items for breakfast buffet. Many activities are available. Most of the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. They did attend to my special request concerning the room. Special mention to Pierre (the wine cellar manager) and Ravi (the gym manager) for their outstanding welcome and exceptional customer service. We felt sad to leave. We truly had a wonderful time.

Check-in can be a bit slow due to the large number of people checking but that's okay.

Séjour exceptionnel au Constance Belle Mare

Nous avons passé 4 nuits inoubliables au Constance Belle Mare. Le personnel était super accueillant, surtout Eduardo qui a été là du début à la fin pour répondre à tous nos besoins et qui s’est assuré que tout soit parfait. Et aussi Shivani qui s’est occupée de toutes nos activités, que ce soit à l’hôtel ou à l’extérieur. Un choix de restaurants varié avec de la nourriture excellente, des plats délicieux et un service au top. On recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un séjour de rêve à Maurice en famille.

Petit point à noter, la douche mériterait un petit coup de neuf pour être parfaite.

De var forståelsesfulle og innrømmet at det var dårlig tilrettelagt for vegetarianere. lot oss avslutte oppholdet 2 dager før og fortalte oss at de ville refundere oss for det 2 siste dagene. Håper det ordner seg

Veldig dårlige tilbud for vegetarianere. Veldig isolert og lite å ta seg til. Mye dårligere strand enn det bildene tilsa. Ikke dra ditt mellom mai og oktober, da det er kaldt og blåser veldig mye.

Great value stay in June, far from peak time to visit but still warm and lovely comfy hotel

Not as big or as smart Constance Prince Maurice but incredible staff and lovely more relaxed beachy feel to it, everything you could want.

It was quite windy in June being on this side of the island. Sun disappeared from the beach at 4:00 being ‘winter’ but was still hot ☀️

A dreamy stay at Belle Mare

Loved pretty much everything about the property. Attention to detail, location, loved how every room is sea facing, the staff was also very good and responsive. I’d specially like to mention Geraldine & Malorie, who were super helpful through our stay.

I felt although there were many restaurants but all lacked authentic Mauritian food which I was really looking forward to. And having to book the restaurants in advance was also very stressful.
