Très bon séjour

Petit bémol le buffet un peu répétitif et très épicé mais la possibilité de diner dans les restaurants à thèmes. Les serveurs manquent de formations pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. La gentillesse des Mauriciens qui n'est pas une légende. Bref je reviendrais...

Management du personnel à revoir surtout au service de restauration. Un buffet davantage international. La propreté de la plage (pailles, capsules, plastiques) qui est à revoir après le passage malheureusement des touristes sans gênes...

Lovely beach stay, perfect for families with young children.

Amazing beach with numerous spots to relax. Big enough that did not feel crowded. Amazing variety of food, even after two weeks we hadn’t tried everything. Kids activities were amazing and well run. Rooms very spacious with very comfortable beds. Access to various golf courses was an incredible benefit and well worth the day trip

Coffee at breakfast was terrible, too sweet. Some staff were incredible but many still need training for 5 star levels. Breakfast could be improved. Very basic and often burnt or underdone. All inclusive wine selection very poor.

المكان جميل جدا ونظيف العاملين في بل مار من الجميع استقبال بابتسامه اينما حللت يساعدون الواحد عند اي استفسار خدمتهم جدا راقيه واخص بالذكرمن الاداره Doorvanad,Marie claire,poojan,Oodaye,من المطعم الصيني Yashvin .Elvis. Francessca من المطعم الايطالي Arvinانسان بمعنى الكلمه رررائع رقي بالتعامل ومخلص بالعمل المطعم اليابانيantish ولا انسى اعظم فريق وامتع فريق في مطعم البحريات رئيس الطهاه نسيت اسمه وايضاً chef Louiciano Anick Tushan, youvissen وايضا لانسى اعظم وصانع ايسكريم بالعالم الشيف لكن نسيت اسمه انسان محترف ترفع له القبعه واهنئ المطعم بهذا الشيف المبدع اتمنى لو حفظت اسمه للاسف المطعم العالمي جميع المظفين من طهاه واستقبال ومقدمين الخدمه شكرا لكم شكرا لصبركم وتحملكم لجميع الزوار برعم من تعبكم الا انكم استقبلتونا بكل رحابه صدر ♥️ ولا انسى الجميلات في الاستقبال ايشا او سيشا كانت ررررائعه برقي تعاملها ورحابه صدره وابتسامتها التى كانت تستقبلنا بها طوال الوقت شكرا للجميع ولمن لم اذكر اسمائهم ولكن ذكراهم مازالت محفوره في قلبي وعقلي ذكرى لان تنسى من فصول عمري وعمر ابنتي سيرا و رادا شكرا لونج بيتش موريشوس على حسن الاستقبال شكرا لذكرى جميله تركتوه في قلبي من هذا البلد العظيم موريشوس🇸🇦💚🇲🇺

When I decide to escape from the troubles of life, I will immediately head to Long Beach Resort to enjoy the most wonder

The design of the corridors, the distribution of restaurants, their diversity, the swimming pools, and the residential buildings. I liked that it is a modern design

Loved it!

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely stunning and the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The bed was comfy and the food delicious. I absolutely loved my stay!

A paradicsom is így nézhet ki!!

Gyönyőrű szálloda,szuper elhelyezkedés! Kedves,figyelmes személyzet.Minden nap az esti programok nagyon jók,medence szép nagy és rendkívűl tiszta.Az apartman nagy kényelmes,és minden nap tisztítva voltak! Kert hatalmas óriási pálmákkal mintha az ember az erdő közepén lenne,de mégis mindenhez közel! Ezt a szállodát csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!

Egy két apróság! A parton a tengeri füvet és növényeket amit kihoz a víz nem igazán takarították.A reggeli sajnos nagyon egyhangú,minden nap ugyanaz! Ha nem All-inclusive ellátást vettél,minden aránytalanul drága!

Superb

The beautiful resort is set right on the beachfront, so you have access to the long stretch of sand and loungers a few steps away from the water. They have many water activities for free and some paid. The pools are stunningly designed and perfect for kids and adults. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. We chose the half board option. There are 4 or 5 restaurants on the site. One was the main breakfast and dinner buffet and the others had to be booked in advance but were free too. The variety of food was delicious. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa.. highly recommended. I would definitely come back!

Very nice and happy

Everything it was nice. It is good for the family and children.

The bed was not comfortable at all , every morning i woke up i was feeling pain in my back. I think the mattress should change to new one.

Lovely setting on east of island with lovely beach...huge and luxurious rooms. Good food.

Somd areas of beach should be better cleaned...some plastic lying around. Buffet layout very bad...crowded people bumping into each other etc. Ambience at buffet also bad....too hostel like. Been to 8 ofher Mauritious resorts and buffet restaurant layout and ambiance much better.

Resort catered for all our needs. The rooms were comfortable with stunning Seaview. The restaurants served delicious food. The white sandy beach was exactly as the website described it..perfect. My sons enjoyed the watersport. Staff were friendly, Spa treatments were excellent. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend the resort to travelers.

Wonderful resort

We loved our stay. Gan, Darryl and Sara at the pool bar, Samia at the breakfast were so nice to us and did everything for us to feel happy. Ashvin arranged birthday song for our daughters for evening live music session. The resort is spaceful, rooms are nice and there are plentiful activities. We couldnt explore the beach because of the wind but the time by the pool was great.

I loved our hotel room, variety of restaurants to choose from, swimming facilities and variety of water sports. I admire the way that the staff cared for me and my family in terms of special requests.

I didn't like having to leave after 3 days... Next time we'll stay for longer.

that very loud extractor fan near the restaurant is horrible! Talk about noise pollution. You should really try and sort that out.

Cockroach hotel

The children club was amazing the only good thing.

It's was a health hazard filled with cockroach 🪳 I have never seen so much cockroach in a five star hotel it was absurd. Bathroom had roaches the the patio had roaches even the bedroom it was purely disgusting. Never again. I wish I could add more pictures and videos

The Gen Manager, Christian went out of his way to ensure all his guests were well looked after. All the other staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

Recommended for families with young children.

Kind and service oriented staff without the pressure to tip. The beach is beautiful and long with lots of places to settle where you feel you’re alone. The quality of the food is good with plenty of choice. Considerate to people with allergies and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Finding lounge chairs at the pool areas. As we had our child in the stroller we found that there were too many stairs and only one elevator to go from the room areas to the pool and restaurants. Charging for (tap!) water is unacceptable for families with children even if they were only in the half board option.

Over all great stay the staff & food and all entertainment were amazing!

we loved the convenience of the room to beach, the beautiful views & the staff at the main bar & buffet restaurant were awesome.

we had to be calling for fresh towels & toiletries almost every other day … we had ants in our room

Prepare your GO Pro. Amazing place to visit

There are different beach activities offered free with the all inclusive package. Snorkling was amazing with all kind of coral and fishes that worth to be seen. Food is amazing with different kitchens and fresh food and juicy fruits. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the kids club team who take our kids from morning to evening and fill their day with many enjoying activities with the other kids.

Some waiters/waitresses were not so friendly with us due to the pressure they had during christmas season. But this is understandable.
