For price not good

Small room shower and sink in room no privacy with family members toilet tiny hitting knees on door no kettle or accessories to make drinks not happy at all breakfast not included also strong smell of paint

Estaba limpio y ordenado, tenía lo necesario.

El baño tenía una puerta transparente donde veía todo, para parejas quizás no importe, pero la puerta era transparente también en las habitaciones para grupos.

Shame as great location.

Location.

Had an eye infection due to disability and when I checked in I asked how far was the room from the lift due ( how many doors down and direction) to low eyesigh. They asked “why are you needing to know this” even after I explained. Room was dirty was pubic hair in the shower, dirt and debris back of the bed. Also reminded me of a private hospital room. 100% no different than a bupa hospital abroad. Definitely was the original design or perhaps future use? Either pretty strange. Next day I asked about borrowing a phone charger or where to buy. Again was greeted with a face of shock and disappointment. They didn’t seem to want to help and all And was made to feel really small and uncomfortable. So different from the ibis Portland street.

Molt confortable, i força prop del centre

Les instalacions eren netes, tot i tenir era triple, habitació era compacte però fa ser suficient per compartir per les tres.

La dutxa, era perillosa. Tot i que ja adverteix que pot llisca, realment tenen un problema aquest tipus de dutxa. Són molt lliscant i et pots fer mal.

A place to crash only

Was ok. Just a place yo crash for one night while traveling but not for a stay.

sink is in the room not bathroom. Bidet and shower are in separate rooms. You have to go out into the room to move from toilet to shower. Toilet was in a Very narrow room you hit the floor a lot while in there. Shower has a transparent door; not very handy for a family room. Breakfast was 8.5£ per person but was very limited items

Good Budget Hotel.

Hotel was in a good location, close to where we needed to be, mostly clean. Liked the availability for a 3 person room.

Bathroom facilities weren't ideal for 3 friends sharing. Shower was in the main part of the room so lacked privacy. Toilet was also small. Parts of the room were dirty, around the windows etc.

just the location. great location. right opposite the tram, so you’ll be in the city center in 5mins

dirty rooms, basic, rooms smelled, it wasn’t the cleanest room I stayed in.

overall a decent stay at the hotel and have scored it accordingly a few changes and would be perfect

Room was decent size ,clean, bed was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet hotel...

The room could do with a lick of paint i think lack of tea and coffee facilities and a few more hangers...

Great stay - would stay again

Room is small, but perfect for one night. We parked the car at the new Islington tram stop a two minute walk away. 6.50 for 24 hours, it was ideal. The trams were regular and you are a 5-10 min walk to the Mayfield Depot - 2 tram stops to Piccadilly gardens, great stay would stay again

Ice machine would be handy!

Suficiente pra quem passa 2 dias.

Camas muito confortáveis e quarto muito limpo. Foi bastante útil ter comida disponível (boa e a um preço acessível) no próprio hotel. A localidade também era muito boa, perto do Eithad Stadium (que foi um dos nossos locais visitados) e da estação de trem!

O quarto era um pouco apertado, o espaço para o banho tinha pouca possibilidade de locomoção, realmente bem pequeno

Easy, comfortable but basic stay. Still pretty pricey for what you get but Manchester isn’t cheap!

Staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable

It’s very basic, a kettle would have made all the difference! I think the price was a little high, but it’s not a cheap city so probably not out of line with other places.

Clean, friendly and comfortable.

Friendly staff, welcoming and helpful at the reception desk. Cleaners made an effort to say good morning. Clean comfortable room. Good selection for continental breakfast. Conveniently located walking distance to Piccadilly Station and Etihad Stadium. A Dominoes, Costa and Londis next door.

Toilet was very small, and the door slammed each time it closed (could hear nearby rooms doors also slamming)

I like that it was easily accessible to other parts of the city. So the location was great.

The staff were very unresponsive. Requested severally for our room to be cleaned and they did nothing about it. They did not change our bedsheets throughout the period we stayed. They didn’t clean the room. The only thing they managed to do after so much persuasion was to take out the trash and brush the toilet and give us extra tissues. When we reported, the cleaning people started arguing with us that they tried to clean when clearly i was the one chasing them up and down to do their job. Room 314 was not cleaned and sheets were not changed from 7th that we checked in till 10th that we checked out!

location was not so good but okay for a tourist who loves walking.

the room was too cold and the air conditioner did not work properly, we just stayed one night so we did not care so much. But I believe it's a big problem. the breakfast was another problem. this hotel is international, so they accept many guests from different countries. there must be some options for the mediterranean people.
