Beautiful set up

The apartment was perfectly sized and had everything i needed for my stay. The location couldn't be better and while central wasn't too noisy outside. I didn't take advantage of the food, bar, or gym but all looked very good too.
The noise-proofing between rooms is not great. There was renovation work ongoing when I was staying and it was less noisy than one noisy guest neighbour but that was just one night and one person and didn't ruin the trip.

Location. The attached Dulcie Street Warehouse venue is very nice for food and drinks. The overall vibe is relaxed and cool.
There is a lack of thought to some practicalities in the room. No dressing table in the bedroom, a lack of power sockets, hairdryer is hidden in the wardrobe, no towel holder on the way out of the shower etc. I would he t a designer in to assist.

All around exceptional.
Small point - missing a full length mirror.

Great place and have been there many times
I was given a tiny room and not what I booked in any way...and it cost £250 per night and I did not get what I wanted....and no help in any way even when I showed them the booking details in writing...they said it was the fault of Booking.com.......basically I was ripped off

Interesting and nice hotel. Good A La Carte breakfast. High speed WiFi. Did not use, but it is nice that they have small kitchen, with all you need of equipment + dishwasher and washing machine.

The style
Downstairs works really well.
Size of apartment.
Stafff brilliant especially koby on the bar.
A bit noisy.
Should make it clear to guests what time front door shuts.
Conditioner was empty.
No instructions on cooker.
Pillows hard.

An utterly fabulous apartment! Huge, modern and high quality. We were greeted at reception with friendly smiling staff who were knowledgeable about the area and gave us recommendations for dinner.
Nothing! It was perfect!

Lots of space in the room. Really modern and industrial feel. Nice little touches like the milk in the fridge and fancy coffee machine. Everything finished to a high standard. The entrance hall has lots going on and felt so welcoming. Felt like a little community.
Only one thing and that was the felt cushions on the sofa… they’re just itchy.

The staff were exceptional, always friendly and available and helpful - really good people.
The building was amazing, the concept of the place is very cool and the suites are good too.
Heated towel holders are very cosy (assuming you've found which switch controls it!).
Top tip... remember to close your bedroom curtains when in there, as the window is directly on to the public area on each floor - even if the window is ridged to distort, well, you've been warned :)
The lack of explanation of what is available or how to use things in the room etc.
I didn't know about the free breakfast bags available each morning, until the last night - that's a shame.
There are so many switches in the suite that it was hard to work things out - notably the extractor fan in the bathroom which was impossible to switch off so it ran all night, and it was noisy. Then I was told about the secret switch above the bathroom door frame.
The TVs annoyingly had two different types of remote control so working out how to find a channel (and switch off Audio Description) was frustrating. I know, first-world problem, but still, takes the shine off things.
And I gave up trying to use the oven. Unfortunately someone else in another room didn't give up when they should have, causing the fire alarm to go off early in the morning. Unfortunately that was a couple of hours before the heavily advertised testing of the fire alarm so it was not clear if it was a real fire or a test. Fortunately things were under control quite quickly.

It had a gooey attached to the building, which had delicious doughnuts and cookies. The DJ and the bar were really good. It was a nice touch to be greeted with fresh orange juice on arrival.
Nothing I could say negative about this venue.
