next time I will back

really beautiful view. and really care about all the customers. the first night we found bed bugs in our dorm, and the next day they moved all the people in that dorm.

Great value, nice setting

Staff (especially Julia) was welcoming and helped with everything we needed. Bathrooms were always being cleaned Water cooler available Nice beach, vb court, near lots of restaurants, night market and local pier with exercise equipment

One set of bathrooms is being renovated so too few but that will get better after renovation.

Partyhostel, wenn man darauf aus ist ist man da super aufgehoben. Es gibt viele relax areas, Billiard, Sitzsäcke, Musik, sehr modernes Badezimmer und nettes Personal

Was okay stay

The stay was okay. Location was grand.

No bed sheets just a blanket. No housekeeping unless you went down and asked. A lot of ants. Overall was okay for price.

On a beaucoup apprécié !

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et à l’écoute ! La chambre était plutôt sympa, assez grand balcon avec chaises et cendrier et vue sur les montagnes, même un aperçu mer sur le côté ! La salle de bain était grande, espace séparé pour la douche donc c’est top car ça mouille pas toute la salle de bain quand on se douche, c’est assez rare de trouver cela en Asie! Petit bureau dans la chambre et un pouf, sympa pour travailler. Hôtel à proximité de la ville ! Petite plage de l’hôtel très mignonne mais on ne peut pas s’y baigner. L’hôtel a un restaurant, le petit déjeuner est bon et pas très cher !

Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis dans la salle de bain, dû à une fourmilière sur le mur extérieur de la chambre. Et aussi de nombreuses araignées (petites et toutes fines) sur le plafond.

Ok stay, cheap prices for cheap accomodities

Good location, close to 7-11, has a beach front, nice big beach lounge with good music. Staff are friendly

Toilets/showers ok (not the cleanest but does the job). Some shower have a really low pressure due to the broken shower head or pipes. Some only offer warm/hot showers (wanted some cool water due to the heat). Bunk beds are pretty small (length ok but really not wide with no barriers for top bunk beds so was a bit trippy) and if you moved a bit, you're shaking the whole bed. But you get what you pay so I didn't expect too much either

Liked that is was on the beach

Bathrooms weren’t nice and didn’t feel clean. The dorm was quite horrible too, everyone kept their bags all over the floor and it was very untidy

Superb

We went here with a group of 14 when visiting the half moon festival. This hostel is the perfect place if you want to Party and meet others with the same mindset. We booked the Private rooms and for the money those were perfectly fine. The bathroom is shared with others but was clean. A not working toilet was fixed quickly after highlighting to the staff. Food here is pretty good The beach area is great for relaxing and pre-drinking. There is an happy hour as well.

Due to the hostel being on the beach, Sand is everywhere.

amazing stay - would come again

the common area was a very comfortable, spacious and chilled. there is a beach right outside, with beanbags around, swings etc. well priced food and drinks, also the stay itself. staff were amazing and very helpful. we planned to stay for 2 nights but have extended for another 3 because we liked it so much. also the dogs that live there are very friendly and cute which is a bonus!!

uncomfortable, disappointing and damp. Do not stay here.

the social aspect was the best part- everyone was friendly who was staying there and luckily we were blessed with a good group in our room making the stay bearable

the fascilites were awful. We were packed into a tiny room across the road which we shared with 10 people. there was another large dorm across the the way- between us we had one properly working shower and one toilet that blocked/ flooded twice. One night we reported the leaking toilet before we went out and on arrival home hours later water was still pouring out meaning we had to constantly walk across the road in the middle of the night to use toilets etc.. On top of this I was on the top bunk under the air con which was leaking all over my bed throughout the 4 nights we stayed- I reported this twice however was told I have to ‘make do and sleep on a damp bed as it’s full moon so no other beds’. the sercurity was awful with our tiny ‘lockers’ just in an open corridor accessible from anyone on the street.Furthermore no staff were up for checkout so lost our deposits as needed to catch a ferry.

the atmosphere here is amazing, lovely location and the people that go here are great

bathroom, showers and rooms where disgusting. it wasn’t clean. 1 bathroom between 10 people. and the toilet kept breaking.

Good sleep & social but with nasty showers 😉

Nice social area, easy to meet other travellers. Bedrooms are quiet and you can sleep easily - even in 16ppl dorm I could sleep the whole night. Water refill. Direct access to the beach, however it's not the nicest one for a swim. Relatively cheap for Phangan standards.

Restaurant quite expensive, I think breakfast starts around 120bht - which for my backpacking budget is a bit much, same with beer prices. Half of the showers are nasty - blood on the walls and dead mosquitoes. I found another shower room later and used it instead. Also the room seems like never cleaned, old spiderwebs mixed with dust. Location is pretty remote from nice sightseeing spots (beaches, waterfalls, viewpoints) so motorbike, hitchhiking skills or a lot of taxi money is a must.

Lots of open space to sit around and the beach front was lovely.

Disappointing

Showers are toilet area all good The social area is great Drinks are decent prices aswell at the bar

The host was awful, she seemed so miserable and didn't put in any effort, most probably hungover but at least have some enthusiasm when new guests arrive. Confusion with the beds we were given and didn't know what was going on. My bed was right under the ac and next to the window leading to the main Street which wasn't very pleasant. Seemed like they should have a 14 bed dorm and scrap the last bunk bed and put lockers there instead because everyone's bags are just put in the middle of the rooms. Good for one night and location is great, just glad it wasn't for more than one

It was so bad I checked out 1 hour after checking in. They had no other availability, couldn’t change my beds. I was off

It was near a beach

- I arrived 14:00 for check in however had to wait as my room wasn’t ready. - Room was humid and smelt like damp. - I was shown to my bunk, there’s no railing on the top bunks so it’s unsafe. - My sheets had not been changed from the last person, they were sandy and stank. - No space/area to keep bags so clothes&damp towels were left in the rooms. - The 12 bunk room is overcrowded. There is only a small walkway area.

good social vibes

Great, social atmosphere. location is good for half moon party. lots of areas to chill as well.

cleanliness could have been a tad better. surprisingly toilets and showers were fairly clean, but there was hair in hallways. doesn’t matter a ton, but they ask to take off shoes before heading to rooms.

Great Place to Stay on the beach!

The hostel is great to socialise and meet people right before the full moon party. Including a free pool table which I used most nights. The stay were fantastic as well, and thanks to Troy who chatted to me most days!

The dormitories are a little uncomfortable. I slept on top bunk, I do think a safety bar should be put onto each bunk.

Cool hostel on the beach. Staff are helpful with recommendations for the full/half moon party. Nice sociable atmosphere. We stayed in a private double which was simple but all you need from a hostel. Thanks for a lovely few days.

Enjoyed our stay here, very chilled atmosphere, helpful staff and great food!

Cool, relaxed vibe. Nice communal area and really good food all day. Staff were really great and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Double room was very basic but as described. Not super close to the main bars etc but fine if you have a scooter or can order a taxi.
