We had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Koh Phangan. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, providing a perfect retreat after a day in the tropical heat. The room service was outstanding — beach and bath towels were changed daily without hesitation, ensuring a fresh and hassle-free experience. The minibar was a pleasant surprise, offering beers from three different brands, as well as chips and sweet snacks, all at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was another highlight, allowing us to enjoy delicious food just a meter from the ocean. The pool was impeccably clean and refreshing. Everything was just very nice, and there’s truly nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!
The only very tiny negative thing was the price of the stay but I guess that’s just Inflation hitting you even in Thailand

El hotel está bien
Nos tuvimos que ir un día antes por que comenzaron unas obras y la paz vacacional me la interrumpieron con tractores y camiones dentro del hotel derrumbado casetas

Alles was man braucht direkt vor Ort - tolle Strandbar mit Billiardtisch, sehr gutes Strandrestaurant, Pool mit Unterkunft direkt am Meer - was will man mehr? :)

no foot path and very small room and bathrooms not great

The location is very good, there are many things around like supermarkets and shops. It's in front of the beach, but the sea is better in other parts of the beach. The place is quite cool because it has many trees. The food at the restaurant didn't seem that good to me, but it's acceptable. The staff's attention is excellent.
The food could be improved.

the location and the facilities
as it is on the beach you get sand everywhere in the room however this is only a minor inconvenience

The food is nice, the beach is lovely and they rake it, the food service and desks are helpful and focused on customer, the room was clean and everything worked. It had a safe for my valuables, fridge and TV.
The room was expensive for what it was, think I paid 1150 baht for one night in a bungalow thing. Due to it not being sealed the air con didn't work very well so after a few nights backpacking with fans I was disappointed as it was why I booked the room, other rooms looked nice though. It had two windows that only locked with one bolt and when someone accidentally knocked on my door and scared the hell out of me it became apparent that it could easily be broken into. Overall ok experience.

The staff are all great and the location is very good. Great beach bar with amazing cocktails and view.
Bathroom could do with an upgrade

Beautiful place, good condos
Cleaning the terrace at 7am. It's good, but noisy.
Overcharged twice in the restaurant. The same waiter overcalculated the bottles twice. Difficult to explain.

The bathroom needs to be better. It can be hazardous

The WiFi connection was good. That’s about it
Everything…location was terrible. nothing else around. Swimming pool has a roof and it’s scruffy. the rooms were awful. For the price we paid, this was the worse hotel we stayed in throughout our 3 week travel in Thailand. I will not come back

the restaurant and common areas were nice. personell at the restaurant were lovely. Their pad Thai was great! they have a driver (he is expensive, but there is one available). there is a motorbike rental right next to the hotel (but be early if you are there during half moon or full moon festivals!). One of the women at the front desk spoke English and was super friendly.
the room (A6) is in need of an upgrade. I would even many hostels have nicer rooms than this bungalow. you can feel the springs in the bed when you lay in it. the shower is terribly constructed on the other side of the room as the drain, so the whole Floor floods with every shower. the door to the outside doesn’t close properly, even when it’s locked. Old furniture, whole in the roof (allowing insects and geckos in). Luckily we were out and about most of the day, so we didn’t have to stay in the room too much.
I would say only one of the ladies at the reception speaks English well. This caused frustration at times, and was a disappointment considering the island has a lot of tourists.
The breakfast which is included is very boring. It is à la carte and only has very simple and continental western dishes (and you only choose one from the menu). compared to the restaurant’s lunch and dinner, it is disappointing.
All in all I think this stay was both overrated and overpriced (we paid about a little over 100 EUR per night). Would unfortunately not recommend or stay again.

I thought the breakfast was great and loved that I was able to get a mug of coffee. I LOVED the beachfront location. The staff were all lovely.
The guest rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. I feel like the bathrooms could and should be better. They’re looking a little tired and there’s nowhere to store your toiletries and no outlet for a shaver of hair dryer.

we get for 70 dollars bungalow, where you can just put 2 luggage and then to come to the toillet you need to be spiderman to jump over the bed to come to this area. we have Tv which my grandma used 25 years ago,we saw in some bungalows that they have flat tv and only thing which we like is stuff, they were great and polite and also villas and studio apartments are great. Outdoor area is great in resort.
we arrived in first bungalow, and it was not cleanest one i understand sand on the floor because you are on the beach and it is impossible to clean everything, them the best part comes. we go in bed and i feel pain on a lots part of bodies..and it was not mosquitos, because i have nothing against them,it was all army of ants and some insects under our sheet which bite a lot, also larvas. we get promise that we will get better room but they put us in older bungalow than this one,i always give 9-10 just if it is clean and i am very easy going person and i dont search for a lot. Did i mention that coconut from their tree on parking for scooters fall on my scooter and i also needed to pay this to rent service and i can understand that they dont have insurance on parking, but little gesture would be nice, they did it,they offer me coconut for free, what an irony. So this is first time in my life i am giving such a bad review, and it would be even worse if the stuff was not great
