I really loved this accommodation. A good location, the bungalow was perfect and verh clean!! swimmingpool really nice and clean. the staff was amazing, so friendly. when we come back we will definitely stay here again.

On the beach, though it’s not a particularly nice beach. Decent pool. Next to Tiki Beach which actually has a functioning bar/restaurant.
Everything seems kinda run down and shabby. Pretty hard beds. Room was just okay. Restaurant didn’t seem to be operating while we were there. Rude staff.

very nice room and clean . they clean our room everyday.

Thè garden, thè pool....
Not have a good service bar
4.1
Close to beach other than that nothing is worth it
Shower push is not working properly. Rooms are not clean
4.1
nice views and beachfront property, little far away from everything.
The property manager was an old grumpy lady that wouldn’t let us play some music and talk in the beach far away from any of the residents or the villas. just avoid her and everything will be fine

The beach was nice, and so was the pool. The mattresses were okay and the AC worked well
We chose this resort for the full moon party and regretted it. They charge 50% extra during the full moon and it felt like a rip off. There's no food or drink options at the hotel. The room was very dirty. The blankets had stains on them and we made the mistake of moving a bed and found so much dirt under it. The cups and cutlery they provided in the outdoor kitchen werent clean, smelled like rotten trash and were covered in ants. There was no in room instructions, so we couldnt use our safe and we had to go hunt down the wifi password. Theres a TV but theres no channels and the TV remote had no batteries so its literally useless.
We were very unhappy with the service from the front desk. You only get one towel per person, no face cloths or hand towels. When we asked for fresh towels on our second day, they wanted to charge us for them until we expressed our shock and displeasure. By 230 pm our room was not yet made up so we again went to the desk and asked for our water bottles for the day, and again they tried to charge us for them. The lady wasnt polite about it and made excuses for the bad service instead of apologizing.
Honestly this place felt like a scam. We stayed at Sasitara Thai Villas on Ko Samui for the same price per night and we had an incredible stay there, service was impeccable, breakfast was included, they had no problem giving us extra towels and waters for free, the room was clean and beautiful... coming to Rung Arun was a HUGE let down in comparison. I read so many good reviews, so I dont know if it was just our room, or just because it was a full moon weekend or what?
If I could do it again I would stay at First Villa just down the beach... They have a great restaurant with decent prices that we ate at for every meal, a free filtered water refill machine, and most importantly the front desk ladies were so kind and polite.

Liked everything despite few things that were not happening as described.
Instead of sea view bungalow, I got pool view, but it was so big and nice, I gad no complaints.
At the time of my visit there was no restaurant or bar service, but since neighbour
restaurant was 20m down the beach, I have no complaints again.
Resort is quiet, does not sell alcohol - very untypical for this Island. But Very nice.

the owner was super friendly and we had a sea-front bungalow for the group. we did not even use the pool as the beach is pretty nice there and also only stayed 1 night
the furniture is a bit outdated, but everything was clean. maybe a different solution for the curtain directly next to the bathtub would be an idea

Nice and quiet area, with an amazing beach front.
Some might have a problem with the early wake up call by the wandering chickens

Great value for money, travelling with kids and we had an excellent bungalow with sea view and separate room for the kids.
Owner super friendly and helped us organise car rental / snorkelling trip etc all with a smile.
Very nice beach but shallow, so the hotel pool was very welcome

The location is fantastic. The room was right on the beach. best view.
Good places to eat and transportation access in 3 min walking distance.
Nice pool.
The place has tones of potential but it is not there. It is lack or a resort feeling, more of just a place to stay.
The bed was really hard, the room was not really clean (sheets were though, just dont look under the bed), and it feels like the stuff is just tired.
VFM wise it was worth it.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Next door to a great bar and restaurant. About a 7 minute walk to the main road with more restaurants, shops and ATM. Easy to grab a taxi on main road to explore other parts of the island.
Comfortable but not luxury.

Spacious and peaceful property with its own beautiful beach looking out at the mountains of Koh Samui and the sea :)

Air con worked well, right on the beach so can sunbath with ease. Easy check-in/checkout.
Room had a mouldy/musky smell every time we walked in which wasn’t nice. Bed very uncomfortable/pillows not thick enough. Bathroom had no extraction fan so very hot/humid in there
4.1
the bungalows, beds, and pool
a lot of ants on front porch
