If we could have gotten our money back we would have gone somewhere else.

The location. The food, they honor their menu.

The room was not what we saw in the picture. We spent the first night on a box spring, we could not believe that a mattress was not in the room. We could feel the wires on our backs. The room was extremely small, no space available to put our luggage nor furniture to put our belongings. The bathroom was miserable.

Great for the full moon party

the staff were amazing, the main host was so full of energy and so helpful with booking excursions or transfers to the next island. On nye they made it extra special with free cocktails and music in the restaurant. The food was so good too!

Room with shared bathroom was very small for two people and nowhere to put any clothes away. That’s the only downside

Such a lovely place!

Amazing value for money! Staff were so friendly and helpful with absolutely everything. Had a few lovely meals at their restaurant. The room was cleaned as soon as we asked. Air con was fully fictional and no issues with the room at all. Overall great stay for £12 a night each for 4 travellers :)

The mattresses were too hard for me but thats just personal preference and i still slept okay

Die Lage war ok, das Personal war super freundlich. Das Essen war gut.

Die Unterkunft und besonders das Zimmer war schrecklich. Die modernen Bilder täuschen, das Zimmer war für den Preis eine Unverschämtheit. Wie Booking das vermarkten kann ist uns unverständlich.

Great staff

The staff were so friendly, they went above and beyond to help us with every thing we needed, they made us food when everywhere else was closed and they helped us book our taxi and ferry. The taxi driver was so kind and helped me sort out an issue I had. The food was also really really good! And the hammock was comfy.

It was great especially for the price !

Beautiful welcoming staff, who are all very friendly and helpful. Amazing location with the best of the sea and jungle! Cosy room with essential amenities. Amazing views from your hammock on your balcony! Peaceful.

A beautiful location amongst the trees and high on the hill. The beach was just across the road and was breathtaking.

The pool was beautiful and Nam the host was amazing. The food was the best yet.

The bathroom was a little basic and the room only had a fan.

I don’t think that the room I stayed in was worth what I paid. I had to share a communal bathroom that wasn’t very clean.

Amazing family staff! Friendly and helpful. Food was incredible and affordable. Loved the pool and eating area.

Wish I had upgraded to a private bathroom room. Room had no AC and shared bathrooms were not good.

Lovely place outside the busy areas. Great garden.

Rooms quite dated for the price paid and the area you're in. Some noise at night from a bar, but maybe it's not on every night, i only stayed there 1 night.

All and all i enjoyed my experience and wouldn't be opposed to coming back if breakfast was included

The hosts were helpful and friendly, had good connections and english wich made communication easy. I was upset to find out my booking did not include breakfast as i had thought i had booked. That was ok i had breakfast elsewhere as a result.

As it was advertised breakfast would be included. This played a big factor as to why i wanted to stay. To find out that the booking actually didnt come with breakfast i was quite upset. If it isnt an option then perhaps update the information on websites Tanouy Gardens is on. If it was an option an i had not payed the additional cost this was not communicated to me and i would have appreciated an email or notice exclaiming so.

the host was so nice, the pool is amazing, the view was okey, also we had a really cozy balcony.

Pictures have completely nothing to do with our real room though. Our was the bed and a little table and no place at all. Although I can't complain for that price and service! So if you're picking the cheapest bungalow it will be tiny and wouldn't have nothing but a bed, small fridge, and a little table with teapot!

It was a lovely stay and I loved waking up to the amazing sea view, being surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden.

I really enjoyed the view from the balcony and the swimming pool.

I couldn’t really use the bath as there was not enough pressure and hot water to fill it up.

Good for the full moon party

the people working were nice and helpfull. Easy to get to the moon party.

There were cracks on the floor and door so a lot of bugs got inside the room. The bathroom was full of mosquitos so it was very uncomfortable to use. But the bungalow was very cheap so you cant really expect anything better.

Great short stay for Full Moon Party

Good location for full moon party. They also booked our taxi there which was 100 Baht. (10 min drive away) The pool was nice and the food was good in the hotel too. Room was comfy and clean. We loved the hammock outside each room!

Could have done with a kettle in the room and bathroom could have been cleaner but for the price it was great!

Naam on reception was so adorable he is a beautiful guy, who went above and beyond to help us. Food at the tanouy is amazing, 30 seconds from the beach for the perfect sunset. 10 mins from full moon party. Everything about this place was amazing. We danced with the family, spoke to them all they were lovely. We will be back, thankyou for an smazing stay honey.

The staff at this hotel are THE BEST! Very welcoming, chill and fun. We had a lovely time staying here for a few of days around Full Moon Party. It's close to Haad Rin but far enough for it to be calm and relaxing.
