Horrible, infame, déboussolant, plein de cafards

Absolument rien

Clim qui fonctionnait mal, des cafards dans les chambres, il manquait un lit. Nous promets un remboursement puis nous insulte et nous demande de partir si on est pas content, nous traite de lache, petit déjeuner ignoble sans choix et pas frais.

Very nice لقد استمتعت باقامتي في فندق ماس برادايس وأود أن اوصي به بشدة لاي شخص يبحث عن تجربة مريحة ومميزة منذ اللحظة الأولى لوصولي كنت معجبآ بالاستقبال الحار والخدمة الممتازة من فريق العمل الموظفون كانوا دائما مبتسمين ومستعدين للمساعدة في أي وقت مرافق الفندق كانت ممتازة أيضاً لقد استمتعت كثيراً بوقت الاسترخاء في المسبح

Buenas instalaciones pero poco cuidadas

Desayuno variado, y vistas y zona de la piscina muy bien

Instalaciones mal cuidadas y falta de limpieza. El baño se inundaba con una ducha de 2 minutos, limpieza la justa (espejo con manchas, pusieron champú pero no gel), varias sillas rotas en la terraza, tumbonas muy sucias y oxidadas, manchas en el suelo que llevaban varios días… en general instalaciones con potencial pero poco cuidadas.

Very comfortable stay

Very nice interior, cozy and spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast on the rooftop with beautiful view. Grocery stores are just few steps from hotel. Beach is about 10 minutes away (by feet), and 3 minutes by car. Very kind and profesional staff.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly, rooftop pool was nice!

There is only one elevator and it doesn't give you the option to press up or down. At one point we waited 6 mins to get on the elevator. The staff do not help with luggage (keep in mind if you are older or have limitations)

I recommend a special and integrated hotel.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel, clean rooms, excellent location and a beautiful view, all the staff are helpful, and breakfast was great and multiple, a beautiful buffet, the swimming pool is also fun and summer.

I would pick this hotel again, good service for money.

Location, swimming pool was great. Staff was very nice and helpful

The rooms seems unfinished, i.e. wires were hanging from the celing and the wall close to the floor seemed vet. Toilet at the swimming pool was not clean and the tables around the swimming pool were not clean.

The high rating they have as a property doesn’t reflect the reality. To what I saw and as for value for money, 5 out of

The price was reasonable, and the location was good

The open buffet required more care but it was neglected by the staff, crumbs were everywhere, it lacked cleanliness. The rooms in reality didn’t match what was posted on booking.com, there was a divider partition in the middle of the room which lift a part of it cold and the other hot. Even the fire alarm device was removed from the ceiling, makes you wonder about the level of safety in the room. The staff asked for our phone numbers to put a review and the rate the property on our behalf so they can give it a high score, 10 out of 10 as the receptionist told us. I don’t want to bash the hotel, and I understand that I’m not going to have a 5 star experience for the money that I’m paying so I wanted the review to be as fair as possible.

Should be corrected to 3-stars instead of 4-stars in the booking site.

Location, staff were friendly

I booked the hotel after comparing the prices versus the hotel classification and travelers ratings but this was misleading, since the hotel is not 4-stars hotel as mentioned in booking.com. I realized the hotel is only 3- stars. The facility is not well maintained and in a bad shape, the rooms are not clean especially the bathrooms(very dirty). The breakfast is awful and it’s clear that the owner is not willing to spend on breakfast. We had to have breakfast out of the hotel eve though it was in the room rate. The room prices are considerably high for 3- star hotel with only 2- stars services. very bad experience

Loved it, had a wonderful time, wish we could have stayed longer

Loved the resort itself, all the pools, the beach, the walkable distance to the marina. Everything was very beautiful and scenic.

The beds could have been comfier, the resort itself is also very dated and old you can see. That is a big undertaking evidently but it could use sprucing up.
