Not a good experience

Some staff we tried to help

Poor location , away from all cafes, no breakfast so had to walk to get breakfast, no coffee or tea provided. Reception closes at night. I was very sick during the night and no one to help. I would avoid this hotel. Taxi drivers cannot find the hotel

Good value/clean overnight stays close to airport.

Clean rooms, Friendly staff-helpful with information about traveling in Jordan. They speak English. Hotel is right across the street from the bus station. Walk to car rental. 12 JOD Uber ride from airport. Very responsive to messaging after booking. Would stay here again!

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Pay a little more and I’m sure you are gonna find a better one.

The location of the hotel was great.

The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom, the sink and the T.V were also broken!

it was perfect, everybody from the staff was really friendly and helpful, abd we stayed there for a week and we are more

The property had perfect facilities and the staff were more than helpful. We went there with just a plan and no reserved tours or anything and the host helped us with all that, on the beat prices for tourists available in the city.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that you need to go and ask on the front desk for toilet paper.

Great service, lovely rooms!

Great customer service - as soon as we arrived we were helped out and given advice about local activities. Room was great and had everything you need. Only con was the bathroom door which didn’t shut properly. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel in the city center, the people from the hotel are super nice (even the cat of the hotel is special, it came in our room to stay with us), rooms are clean and the price is not high.

This is my hotel of choice when I’m staying in Aqaba.

The hotel has a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bed is very comfortable. The views are lovely. I like everything about this hotel.

Good stay but needs cleaning and refurbishment

The location is very great and centered The staff is very friendly and kind The ac was ok but wasn't enough to keep the room at a good temperature in the morning There is an elevator

The room wasn't clean when we checked in One of the towels had stains on them The shower smelled like sewage when we used it We found a small lizard in the bathroom A cockroach came in our room at night and woke us up The floor tiles were cracked and felt like it would break if we stepped on it

Great value for a short stay

The room was clean and spacious. Lift up to the floors. Shower had good water pressure and was hot. Working fridge, good WiFi. The hotel is not perfect but it's very good value for money.

The hotel was hard to locate with GPS telling you to go the wrong way on a one way street, and there was no sign on the building all you can see is one glass door which enters into the hotel. The bed was a bit hard.
