Not flexible to cancel or change dates in the event you need to.

-Room was really big and spacious, clean & comfy beds. I slept well during my stay. -staff in person helpful and friendly when needing things such as extra water in the room. -Decent location to be able to walk to markets, restaurants or the beach.

I first off have to start with an issue I had even before staying here. I tried to cancel my booking well over a month in advance due to an unfortunate family circumstance, and they were not helpful, accommodating or sympathetic to my situation at all. It was straight up no ability to cancel, no refund, no option to change dates, nothing to help me at all. I found it very stressful and not helpful at all. After contacting booking.com I managed to at least change the dates of my booking, after alot of emails & calls, so I was able to use my stay at a different time, but it was not easy to get them to even change the dates for me. The stay; -Toilet in my room did not flush properly. -Breakfast was okay, a small buffet selection of bread, boiled eggs, cheeses and meats etc. -rooftop pool snd seating area is nice however very cold (at the time i went, November) and Pigeons often going in/drinking out of it which put me off going in it again. -Room amenities could be better, such a mugs, spoons, sugar and maybe some mini milks to make drinks. My room only had a kettle and some Teabags.

Geht so

Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich. Hafen fußläufig erreichbar. Parken kostenfrei vor der Tür. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Beach club. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse.

Der Putz fiel von den Wänden, Feuchteschäden im Zimmer, der Blick aus dem Fenster fiel auf einen Sperrmüllberg

De plaatjes zijn mooier dan…

Zwembad maar helaas weinig bescherming tegen de zon op het dak.

Lokatie moeilijk te vinden, overal bouwmaterialen, douchen betekent alles nat in de badkamer, ontbijt wat een chaos is en heel lang wachten op die ene lift met je bagage.

A éviter, nous venions pour nous reposer, nous avions plutôt hâte de partir et avons songé à changer d’hôtel.

La piscine, bien que la propreté laisse à désirer. Eau aromatisée au citron à l’accueil, quand ce n’est pas vide.

Hormis un cafouillage de chambre à l’arrivée, qui a été réglé (mauvaise chambre donnée ne correspondant pas à la réservation) j’ai du mal à comprendre les commentaires précédents. Quartier assez délabré et hôtel assez loin du centre touristique, donnant sur la route et donc très bruyant. Douche sans paroi et avec l’eau qui sort d’un pommeau du plafond = inondation de la sdb. Pas de tapis de bain, pas de gel douche ni en mini format ni dans les distributeurs prévus à cet effet, uniquement du shampoing et pas d’eau à disposition dans les chambres. Saleté de manière générale, VMC pleine de poussière et moissisure dans la douche. Espace piscine assez sale, surtout les sanitaires commun, déjections de pigeons au bord de la piscine, manque d’ombre et pas de personnel au bar/café. Petit déjeuner décevant.

Early check-in appreciated. Good value, convenient location and free parking. Friendly staff. Lock on door broken but quickly fixed.

Breakfast was poor. Ran out of bread and flies everywhere due to buffet being outside. Nothing was replenished quickly, if at all, and no service on the rooftop after breakfast.

Good but can do better

- the receptionist Layana who is very sweet and gives you useful advice on where to eat, have coffee, etc. - the swimming pool at the rooftop - the cleanliness of the rooms

- the shower is very small and badly designed. You splash water everywhere whenever you take a shower. - the breakfast is very disappointing. The choice is very limited and very few options are available (only local food). Plus, the food/ drinks are not warm enough.

We had a really awesome time ! The place is clean, rooftop awesome and exactly how showed on the pictures. The staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was more than good. We also really enjoyed to have access to Berenice Beach for only 13 jd a day !

Good Hotel, perfectly located near the public beach. It has s great roof swimming pool with also a good restaurant. All the staff (from reception to Chef Imad) are very nice, helpful and make the most to make your stay great!

Best place in Aqaba, felt like part of family.

Three night stay, lovely clean room, AC, breakfast on rooftop, super-nice and professional staff (all of them), supported me in everything, they made my stay so amazing, helped and assisted in everything, felt taken care. I am so grateful thanks you guys for everything and big hug to Linda 🤗

I liked this hotel very much. It is not a hotel to sleep only because the facilities in this building, the sessions, the swimming pool and the design of the rooms from the inside were all special and updated in a modern and beautiful way. I wished to stay here many days, but my vacation was short. I will come back here really and I will recommend it to all friends and

Very nice hotel. Will be even better once renovation is finished. Very nice pool on the roof and very nice rooms. Pool was not heated in February but I like cold water. Polite staff and hard working. Obada was great, he helped me a lot with informations and was offering me a help with tours. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

I would improve breakfast. It was included in the price so it doesnt affect my review.

Lovely stay in a lovely hotel.

roof top pool was beautiful though didn’t go in, nice seating area around it which we made use of. Netflix on TV as well as other smart apps which was useful for a night in when we had done so much walking. Breakfast served each morning. Reception staff was amazing, helping us print out our Jordan pass and when the printer wasn’t working going to their sister hotel. Room was perfect, everything working in order. Location was about 10 minute walk to the beach front (May take you longer with all the stalls and shops en route). All hotel to immaculate standards. Very clean.

Drains weren’t brilliant but dried up relatively quickly. No seats on our balcony but there was in our neighbours. Some works going on on other floors but the noise stopped throughout the evening / night and didn’t start till mid morning. WiFi wasn’t brilliant on the last night but overall worked perfectly throughout the rest of our stay!

Mass Paradise is good, that we returned for a second stay, few days later!

The hotel is very clean with big, well lighted rooms. The always smiling staff couldn`t be more friendly and helpful. The brakfast was very tasty, varied and plentyful. Location is also very good, just couple of minutes by walk to the beach and city center.
