Отличный отель

Отличный отель. Вежливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Номер удобный, чистый. Все приготовили к приезду. Предоставили 2 детские кроватки для двойняшек, застелили постель для старшего ребенка на диванчике. Бесплатно заселили в номер побольше делюкс. Спасибо!

На завтрак можно бы 2 вида каш. На второй день была только манная, ее не едим 😉

Расположение идеальное – отель находится в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей города, Персонал в отеле приветливый. Нас быстро заселили, возможно из-за того что мы приехали ночью. Номер чистый и уютный.

MVP hotel in Astana

I like this hotel and especially front desk people are very nice. Elena was top of them. She help me to enjoy breakfast with my personal guest. I love this hotel and live these people.

no bad, but NOT Inappropriate TV channels is not acceptable!

I was shocked to see during my stay at the Astana Hilton Garden Inn hotel the TV channels with anti human pro-war propaganda like 1st Russian, Russia24 (RTR), NTV Russia and Belarus24 channels.

Dobry, nowy hotel - warto w nim się zatrzymać.

Nowy hotel, dobra lokalizacja, ładne pokoje, miła i profesjonalna obsługa i dobra, atrakcyjna cena, jak na Astanę. Bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone śniadania. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Business trip in a decent and clean hotel in a good location.

Location and hotel was fairly good, front desk staff were blunt and rude. Housekeeping needed several reminders. If not for the people, hotel is good.

Staff need training in dealing with guests. Preferably with a smile.

Stay was not so good, but personal were friendly.

Some problems with the A/A made not good the stay there; fortunately, the personal during check-out, Leila and Milana were friendly enough to help to forgive that problem.

A/A did not work in the whole floor; did not understand why they were putting guests there.

Lovely little over night stay

The room was a good size, comfy bed, fabulous new shower, lovely breakfast.

The aircon only went to 24c in the room, which made the room very hot and stuffy. We did open the window but it was still a little warm. The chef cooked the medium/rare steak to rare, which was also cold. When asked it was re-done.

Great location for tourists, friendly staff

- convenient location next to Nurzhol Boulevard - quite spacious double room; console table and a computer chair make a nice work station - comfy beds with 2 types of pillows - good breakfast - helpful staff - quite expedient room service

- dusting might have been done more thoroughly - hangers in the bathroom are practically not functional (poor design choice) - encountered a problem with water pressure: it took about 40 min to fill the bathtub; seems like a systemic problem (reception staff was ready to send us a technician at anytime, but we didn’t have time for that, so, I haven’t found out the reason of the problem) - the TV has only cable channels, no Smart TV - once had a dinner at the hotel’s restaurant - the food was decent, but serving time was pretty long for such a vacant place
