СПА, завтраки, вид из окна😻, ресторан на 23 этаже!!! Действительно кружится!

В комнате очень жарко, самостоятельно открыть форточку невозможно, для меня очень твердая кровать

Прошу учесть и прежде чем заселять гостей в любые номера, надо проверять сантехнику в первую очередь!

Стоит отметить оригинальный ресторан на 23 этаже, который вращается. Когда сидели в ресторане и ужинали, то смогли наблюдать почти всю Астану, что завораживает! Так же хотелось бы отметить хорошие завтраки, а выпечка божественная.

Мы были приятно удивлены, что открылся бассейн, но температура в нем, как ванной, что сможет выдержать не каждый человек, так как от такой температуры может стать плохо. И вызвал дискомфорт душ в ванной комнате номера, который не реально было настроить, всегда шла холодная вода, а душ в ванной тек. Что увы было неприятно. Прошу учесть и прежде чем заселять гостей в любые номера, надо проверять сантехнику в первую очередь! А мы были в бизнес люксе!!

Отель нуждается в ремонте. Окна даже на верхних этажах окна снаружи ужасно грязные.

Отель понравился, очень тихо, уютно, чисто. Расположение удобное, легко найти. Завтрак средний, не очень большой ассортимент на наш вкус, больше по китайской кухне.

От персонала отеля такого класса ожидаешь большего. При первом заезде карта не откравала дверь, на этаже никого не нашла, пришлось снова спускаться вниз. После работы вечером снова та же история. Коллега приехала позже, и хотя я предупреждала на ресепшн, ее спутали, не пускали сразу в номер. Докмуенты о проживании не успели приготовить условленное время, до сих пор не прислали по почте. Хотя прошло уже 2 недели. Я очень расстроена. также СПА не работал, хотя обещали открыть ко времени заезда.

Nie otrzymałem wczesnego śniadania na wynos choć zamawiałem osobiście na recepcji.

Great place in a city center with nice rooms and facilities.

Nice hotel in a beautiful Chinese design in the city center. Good facilities, spacious and clean rooms. Most attractions are in 5 km radius from there. Nice pool and spa!

Service in the restaurant is a bit slow, waiting for a bill could take a lot of time. Also, in the restaurant you need to connect to a different WiFi network.

Good place for a reasonable price

Clean, all the necessary things are available in the room. Breakfast is not bad, with an amazing view. Not too many neighbours so slept well.

A great location and perfect restaurant with views.

The great views and the buildings decor inside and out. The bedroom size and facilities, including the large number of complimentary toiletries - perfect for any stay. The restaurant on the 23rd floor is great, especially for dinner when it is revolving but also lovely for a breakfast with a view!

The room was very warm and the bed was very hard. This is great for those preferring this style of mattress but it was quite uncomfortable for us. The attitude of the staff in the bar lounge on floor 25 was a little rude and dismissive - like they didn't really want you to be there.

Exceptional

Very appealing Hotel and location. Very beautiful pool and gym. Pleasant service thanks for the nice team who showed me the restaurant with an absolutely amazing 360 degree view on Astana and for bringing me fresh fruits and nuts to the room. I absolutely loved my stay!

Exceptional

The staff were highly trained and professional, there was no language barrier as everyone spoke English. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and the room was large. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety of food and drinks. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, more than enough toiletries were provided and were of good quality. Overall wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

The revolving restaurant was not revolving at the time. Perhaps due to the weather or technical issues, but it is understandable.
