Excellent hotel, and location, we will use again when in that area

The room was easily reached from the reception, on the ground floor. The room was spotless and comfortable

Close to a wedding we attended.

The door did not close. Took two adults, one to pull it towards it's hinges and one to push it closed 15 minutes to close each time we wanted it shut. Went to a wedding and came back to discover the door was open the entire time. Messaged the hotel and still no reply. Bed very uncomfortable. Sofa bed is impossible to sleep on.

Quite a good experience ideal for us to stay 1 night as we had travelled to attend a family party

Good clean basic rooms enough for short stays reception very good nearby shops catering for every need M&S, WHSmiths, mcdonalds and costa. Parking was free of charge another bonus We stayed on 20th May 2023 for 1 night. The rooms were fresh white painted and little green touches here and there and green curtains. mirror dressing table and stool in the room the bathroom was nice and clean and lovely clean white towels. Also we paid a very good price.

When we arrived we were allocated 2 rooms near to each other as requested. On entering one of the rooms it stunk of stale tobacco it was very strong. As we are non smokers it was disgusting however they are no smoking rooms so do not know how this happend, my daughter went to reception and the room was changed no fuss. The beds were rock hard and so were the pillows good job we were only staying one night. We would stay again if the mattresses and pillows were changed.

When I visit my family in Warrington we stay here it is home from home Absolutely love it so clean & comfy great to relax & everything is there no need to go anywhere else The staff are amazing xxx

Terrible quality if beds, not soap, dirty tow,

Location from venue was ok but did not realise it was a motorway hotel. Staff were friendly but that was it.

Location, not that clean, no soap, bed was ridiculously hard terrible sleep and outside constant noise music playing. Sadly won’t ever be staying again.

It was reasonably priced and dog friendly. In a good location for our overnight stop. It was clean and comfortable, and even though there is a truck stop close by it was very quiet. Plenty of places to get food etc in the services next door

No tea or coffee in the room but we brought our own, so not a big deal to be honest

Cleanliness of room and corridors. Mattress was comfortable, radiator in the room was small, but warmed the room up pretty quickly.

There were no hygiene bags in the bathroom, the packet was empty. I would have liked a cup so that I could take my tablets. If there was a tea/coffee machine in the building, I didn't see it. My wife and I would also have liked either a second pillow or a thicker single one.

Fine for one night but not amazing

Really lovely staff! We managed to get a slightly earlier check-in. They were very helpful whenever we encountered a problem. Fine for what we needed.

It seemed our room was missing a lot when we arrived. There was no plug for the bath so we had to request one. The tv remote also didn’t work so we had to ask for batteries and for them to unlock the back as it needed a screwdriver. No kettle and no tea & coffee making facilities. Bath was the smallest I’ve ever seen and very shallow. Very basic hotel.

From the second we stepped into the property there was a feeling of unease. the receptionist was nice enough but seemed to be more interested in telling us her life story other than discussing the room we where booking. She also made a comment of how we would need two separate beds even though we where a couple (both females). The room was absolutely disgusting and the sofa cushions where saturated in what I can only imagine being blood. There was clumps of dark hair all over the floor that didn’t look clean at all. the bathroom was vile, marks and burns all over the bath. We decided not to stay at all and left swiftly avoiding the receptionist.

I liked the fact there was food and drink facilities on your doorstep

the beds were horrific,that’s not a exaggeration,I’m in no way stuck up and can slum it anyway but omg the sofa bed was horrific full of stains I’m sure one was blood,and the double mattress serious it’s a solid block,just solid no give at all,no tea coffee in the room and one flat pillow each
