The apartment is big and comfortable, complete with all amenities. The common washing machine and dryer for residence' use is certainly a plus point.

There was no staff on duty on a sun when we checked in, so the entire process was a little confusing for us. This is especially so when the apartment is located a distance away from the hotel. There is also a flight of stairs to the entrance of the residence apartment which is a little inconvenient given the luggage we had.

Enjoyed the location and access to small kitchen for a 2 week stay

Lovely helpful reception staff and fantastic location for the conference center and town in general. Value for money in such an expensive city. Room cleaned daily and basic kitchen adequate for needs.

Room did not have oven and sofa as advertised. Street level room meant it constantly smelt of smoke from the people smoking waiting for the tram outside. Room next to the front door meant lots of disruption of sleep from noisy door and people coming in and out. Generally very nosy.

Good room and cleaning service

NO one at the reception for 4 days!! Also if you have a car i highly DONT recommend this hotel as they made me park in a public parking and it cost me an arm
