Very recommended.

The location was excellent! A walking distance from the bus terminal and very close to the sea, the room decor was beautiful, the shower was big and clean, the fridge was big with a lot of space and the staff were great. Very recommended.

The room in general was clean but I saw some dust.

אהבנו את הצוות החברותי מאוד בקבלה, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד גם בשבת, כולל ביצים וסלטים וכל מה שצריך. החדר היה חמוד והמיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד. היה ארון גדול עם קולבים ושולחן עזרו לשמור על הסדר עם כל הציוד. קיבלנו סבונים של ים המלח מאוד מפנקים

המעלית הרגישה קצת חורקת. המקרר הקטן בחדר היה רועש, והסבוניה לא עבדה ביום הראשון שהגענו, אבל טופלה לאחר שעדכנו את הקבלה ביום השני. רשת היתושים הייתה עם קצת חורים לצערי ולכן החלון היה צריך להיות סגור כל הזמן

Good room. But this time the AC not very good. 3 beds it's for family. Good view 3rd floor .

Very noisy refrigerator. The AC not working properly. The TV is so boring . No chair in the room . The wifi not connected !

Very good room. Comfort. Good staff

The view better not open the window. Some room neighbors made a noise at midnight and earlier morning laughing and moving around. No parking for the hotel so you need to park in street and pay till 20:00 or the nearest free public parking that unasphalted.

Bathroom was better than other nicer hotels.

The hotel was a dissapointment: ugly hotel, ugly location, a pillow that had a smell of a cheap perfume, noisy at night, and an "included" breakfast that was given beggining at 9am, when at other hotels breakfast is served at 6:30 or 7:30. Should I had known this fact, I would have not paid for breakfast...however the hotel did had breakfast for a group at 7:30am.

Everything was nice and tidy and the staff was very helpful

There was no drain Hood cover in the shower just a hole in the floor and the TV didn't work in the room something I only found out at three in the morning The lighting situation in the room was pretty bad

Comfortable place to stay in the heart of Tiberias, steps from Maimonides and the centre of town

I wasn't sure what to expect because the reviews were very mixed! But this was a nice, clean-looking small room with comfortable sheets and everything I needed for my three-day stay. There were two bedside lamps, which was nice, because most places skimp on lamps, which is ridiculous. Water pressure was excellent, the shower was really nice, and there was always plenty of hot water. I was pleasantly surprised because some of the reviews had mentioned problems. Blackout curtains were very effective at keeping out light and the room was very quiet. Location is just steps from everything downtown and a few minutes from the boardwalk and waterfront attractions.

There was a very faint but perceptible smell of urine in the room (oddly enough, just outside the bathroom). WiFi was generally good, but cut out in the middle of a Zoom I was hosting from my room, which was disappointing to say the least. The room was very small, meaning it's fine for one person but might be a little squishy for 2.

Central Tiberias

The hotel is centrally located and close to the waterfront. We received friendly service from the manager and enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed.

The hotel is located next to a busy road, so we had road noise when we opened the window, but since the room has an aircon, we just kept the window closed.

Modern and well located

The hotel is modern and comfortable. It is well maintained, and some renovation works are taking place. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the central bus station.

I had an interconnected room and I could hear everything that was going on in the room, since there was zero insulation around the door. Same thing with the noise in the corridor, my room was next to the elevator and I could hear everyone outside. This is a major negative point, and not expected in a hotel of this quality.

Satisfied as our needs are met!

The Manager Rachel was very helpful and resourceful. Helped us find our way around and even booked taxi communicating to taxi driver on behalf as we do not speak the language. Need to check the booking platform regarding the selection of guests per room, seems the selection may not have been captured properly.

Lovely stay :)

Lovely large bathroom and comfortable bed, great location, free parking nearby. What we booked online wasn't available so they upgraded us to the next room size up. It was still quite small but only because the bed was so large so it only fit one bedside table.

We couldn't find the air conditioning remote anywhere in the room and it was warm and late but thankfully the temperature dropped as the night went on as it was spring.

Amazing location with highest quality of services made for the best experience of our trip.

The quality of the services far exceeded our expectations. TBH, here we did not feel like guests in a hotel, but as if we were staying with friends. The owner /manager of the hotel was beyond welcoming. We made friends with them. We chatted over coffee. We had breakfast together. We connected with other guests. This was one of the best hospitality experiences of any hotel, anywhere.

No worth the money

Location is good and the breakfast is also good. Space is enough for 1 or 2 nights.

Bathroom was smelling bad, people doesnt speak english I asked 1 day to dont clean as I just arrived but the personel didnt clean even the second day. Price is too high for so poor service.

The kindness and the willingness of the people to help you and have as much pleasure stay is possible.

The room was from the road side and the window is no isolated at all. A lot of noise that was hard to sleep at night. I will definitely not suggest to stay at a road side room if you are light sleeper.
