Fantastic hotel with great staff, great food and stunning views

Fantastic hotel with all the facilities required . All areas exceptionally clean . Food superb Super host in San the duty manager who made us feel truly special !! Thank you !

I came this time because of a great previous experience, and will return again because of this one.

The staff is friendly and give excellent service. We were offered a few extra perks and gestures without extra charge. We enjoyed the meals and the swimming pool. Parking under the building is very limited, so we needed to park outside but the hotel provided us prepaid parking tickets at their expense to place in our car windshield (however, it's important to remember to turn on a parking app for the morning of check-out because the hotel doesn't pay for that extra hour). Comfortable lobby for sitting and enjoying a hot tea or other refreshment.

The elevators are small and fill up quickly, especially when passengers have luggage - you may need to wait 2 or 3 times before entering one. Also, we were able to hear the TV from the room next door which was not welcome.

Everything was perfect the stuff were amazing and the whole hotel is clean not just in the rooms the food was exellent and the view was fabulous we will come back to this hotel

fantastic hotel for families… we will return.

the staff was amazing. they took care of us like we were royalty. the location was exceptional, right on the boardwalk with water sports and scooters available for all ages. there was an amazing church next door that was one of the best we’ve ever visited. the boardwalk was full of treats such as gelato and cold drinks. but this wasn’t necessary for us because our hotel provided all of this at better rates. the hotel management is also second to none. there is also a great laundromat in the hotel parking lot. they did our laundry and took it to the front desk where it was delivered to our room. I’d like to say thank you to the Caesar Premiere for a wonderful stay.

one of our rooms had full sunlight and was slow to cool but the hotel manager provided us a fan which made it comfortable.

We had a great stay here and would definitely stay again.

Room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the Sea of Galilee. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection to choose from. Dinner was also very good with many choices.

Really can’t think of any criticism.

Great Hotel and Perfect Location

We were offered a complimentary meal on arrival. The food was excellent. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. A really good Istaeli breakfast.just one thing

Just one thing, chairs on the bedroom balcony were dirty.

Room and staff were nice but I would not stay here again due to the restaurant facilities.

The restaurant was not very sanitary. Dishes had old food on them that had not been cleaned off. Stations were messy.

Exceptional

Everything was excellent, from Reception to restaurant, meals and service. We've enjoyed the sauna and the pool. Fares was preparing the table for our group every dinner, best place to stay. Water, pralines and fruits in the room...a nice welcome!

The underground parking was a bit too small, hard to get a place.

Good hotel in general, but old fashioned & with serious noise issues.. expectations vs reality

big rooms, nice breakfast and free parking. Got some treats in the room & free dinner, but it was quite obvious everyone got it, and that the reason is low demand. reception were kind with service, and the thermo-pool was also nice. the balcony in the lobby is right in front of the lake and it was also very nice.

The hotel is quite old fashioned which is not too surprising giving its age, but the real problem is that it has serious noise issues - the hotel is right above the street market and throughout all day & night shoutings and loud music were very disturbing. Everything in the corridor is heard in the room. Also in the spa - during our massages, loud shoutings & noises from workers in the back / upper floor disturbed the whole relaxation experience. In terms of expectations vs reality - ordered a room with a view to the lake but apparently only about 5 rooms in the hotel has a real complete view, all others are narrow sided view. the "balcony" is in the size of one standing person and honestly looks quite scary to even stand on. Also, there isn't really a one big bed in any room in the hotel (although mentioned clearly as an option in booking) - but two single beds sticked together. This was not mentioned in any place including the check-in, and an email about it was sent just as we entered the room..

Superb

Service was outstanding, especially the nice lady at the reception - helping with directions and local advice. Upgrade to half board from breakfast was a nice touch, especially as food is superb. That includes both breakfast and buffet dinner. The hotel itself is very clean, even if somewhat tired. Do not treat "sea/lake view" too literally - all the rooms have it, given the configuration, even the ones furthest from the lake.

Nice hotel, nice amenities, and friendly staff

This is a nice hotel and the staff on the front desk were exceptional. The hotel left gifts in the room and offered free evening meals. Overall this is a nice place to visit, and I would recommend it to a friend.

The room was quite small by comparison to another hotel in stayed in Israel for less money. This should have reflected the price. The kitchen staff in the food halls needed much improvement on their appearances (Covered in muck). Kitchen cooks really should remain in the kitchen and waiting staff should bring the food out. The food was fairly standard, with a few nicer meals, and a few underwhelming meals.

quietness n the room and comfort of the bed. We liked the complementary evening meal provided free of charge. The view from the room was lovely.

spa reception staff were too interested in texting on phones and we were disregarded, so we didn’t bother enquiring about therapies but did still enjoy the pool and sauna.

Decent hotel when staying in Tiberias.

The staff was excellent. They always wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The room itself was good. Food was excellent.

Parking was a hassle. Pool is small and always packed. Indoor pool was outdated and needs remodelling.
