תודה רבה לצוות של המלון ,שדאגו ,פינקו ,נתנו מכל הלב ,יחס חם ואוהב ,שירות יוצא מן הכלל ,אוכל בשפע נקי טעים טרי ,,אין ספק שבעז"ה נחזור

הכניסה של המלון צריכה יותר לשנות את פניה ,וגם החדרים עוד טאצ מודרני להוסיף

Fantastic stuff, excellent food and beautiful view of Sea of Galilee, the beds were very comfortable. There is water for drink in the rooms. Good swimming pool in hotel.

Would stay there again if going back to Tiberias in the future.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and neat. Had a family room which was very roomy and a partial view of Kinneret. They let us stay after 10 AM in breakfast room, which was very thoughtful.

Poor drainage in tub after showering. No parking lot available but there was parking on street nearby with Pango App.

Best hotel in Tiberias! Super nice staff

Highly recommend anyone visiting Tiberias to stay at this Hotel. From when we arrived, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Neil. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were blown away by the kindness of the manager Natanel! He was extremely helpful and kind. We never had such an experience before. Nati showed us around and helped organise our stay in Tiberias. We were upgraded to a deluxe sea view room and had the most beautiful view of the Kinneret. The breakfast was amazing and so well prepared. Food was very tasty! BEAUTIFUL AND PLEASANT STAY! VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED

- Breakfast was really good and in general well balanced and varied! Just the coffee machines are not so good, the coffee does not come out as hot as it should and the flavor so so... and when bigger groups are at the dinning area, they are so hard to access! - Rooms were really spacious and clean, and I was given a good upgrade for what I asked through Booking! Beds were clean, comfortable and good pillows! - So grateful for the chocolates, water and wine given =) - bathroom was good, missing the magnifying mirror with light, and the balancing of the cold and hot water was a bit tricky, to get to a middle temperature, - HOSPITALITY of Manager and staff was pretty good! Nati the General Manager really made sure our stay was pleasant making sure our needs were met and providing a quality and amicable service in general, great cappuchinos at the reception area!!! we also appreciated the parking space in the Hotel We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!

Overpriced. I would give it 5 stars if the price was 70% cheaper.

Hotel is overpriced for the for what it offers. Room wasn't clean around the pullout sofa. It was a big variety of food for breakfast but it was not good enough for the price of 900NIS per night.

Great stay at Leonardo Tiberias

Staff at reception were efficient , helpful and friendly. The view from our room was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious. Breakfast was superb. Good location. We had a lovely stay.

Our stay was nice considering the location, view, and overall experience.

Breakfast was a perk. There was a great variety to choose from. The staff was courteous as well.

For what we paid, we got a twin bed put together to be a queen bed. The room had a stale smell. The kettle still had water in it and coffee on the outside from the previous guests. That was quite disgusting.

We had a good time but were disappointed about not having direct access to the beach

interesting shows for the children but need to go to Leonardo Plaza hotel to watch them

no place to change near the pool, no locks on the bathroom, a mess with pool towels, no access to the beach

it was okay for the price.

Breakfast was great, all staff were very nice and courteous, the only staff member at the check in desk an elderly man was not so nice.
