Awful!!!

Nothing nobody even let me in because there was no one at the front desk so I found another place to live.

I did not like that they did not pick up the phone, give me money back for the night stay and that I literally was not able to sleep there.

As simple travelers, we need only basic stay, the motel is satisfying.

The location is excellent, the staff are helpful. It's very convenient to travel around using public transport. The cafe, along with other shoppings and entertainment hubs offer a variety of choices.

The lodging facilities are just basic, plus the party scene around being so hustling and bustling.

Your manager accused me of smoking in the room. I have never smoked but I could smell it from other rooms. The window didn't open - I dislike air conditioiing so fresh air is important for me. The bathrooom floor was always wet, which is a slip hazard. There was NO hot water; and I'm talking about a shower at 4pm (not 7.30am). The men smoking out the front, on the street, and to walk throuugh a concrete car park to Reception is very disconcerting for a solo woman. The language from the men at the front door was quite confronting. The amount of weed being smoked was noticeable. I don't have any issue with people smoking weed but it's scary when it's a group of men and the language is really vulgar.

Summer House is my Sydney go-to accommodation. Have recommended to friends.

Staff are always helpful and responsive.

the location was excellent beds could have been more comfortable as I didn't sleep well at all. clean and spacious.

no spoons or enough cups for the guests for t n coffee. TV didn't work.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places but that was a first time experience

Staff was excellent & great location

No normal tv channel & the rooms with there own ensuite private bathroom should have had mini fridge but part from those 2 issues that can be fixed &done I can see myself returning

the location is good. very near to public transportation. property is very clean and staff is very good

you can hear the loud music whole day until night. if you are planing to sleep earlier this will never happen. as well as you can hear the people talking, laughing screaming until 10-11 pm

Good value for the money but need to improve the cleanness

very good location, close to main street in Newtown; The reception guy was super friendly. Bathroom wasn't too bad

The room was not very clean, got dirty mugs in the room. Kitchen was too small and not clean. The sound proof was bad.

clean rooms and good amenities for hostel guests but can be noisy .

Good location, close to Main Street of Newtown and 12 minute easy walk to Enmore Theatre. We were able to reserve a secure parking spot for the night - cost $25 .

Being woken quite often by Very loud voices of guests arriving home and Banging of the doors closing, late at night and early morning . Glass bricks on wall, of our room and hallway, let in a lot of light, as our room was near reception area. (If possible , bring your own pillow.)

Nice staff, very small room

Staff was nice, shared bathroom was rather clean.

Only stayed there for 1 night before heading off to the airport. The room was small and didn’t have a window, it smelled bad due to working clothes and shoes laying around. Didn‘t have any space to properly open the suitcase. Would only recommend for short term.

It was in a good location but packed people into tiny rooms without much space for gear.. bathroom modern but again no space and there was cleaning and storage stuff stacked in a corridor outside my room which should’ve been put away. Overall a cramped space - ev Ed n the kitchen / dining area

The room smelt like complete mould and was dark and dingy. The bathroom shower head had hardly any water come out of it. I would not stay here again.
