stay far away from this place

location

looked nothing like the advertised photo. no room for suitcases. wifi only worked from outside. bad smell coming from bathroom. the worst shower ever.

Perfect stay! Facilities and location 10/10

Everything was perfect when we arrived! Small complimentary items made our day. The place was just as described in the most perfect location and in the nicest street around. Very happy with our stay!

Parking was a little tricky but once worked out, all was fine!

Elegant and Authentic Gem

Charming and cosy. Elegant and authentic at the same time. Maurizio is very professional and kind. We felt at home. We highly recommend the place and we will definitely return one more time.

overall it was a lovely place to stay.

it was close to the main Piazza, had a comfortable bed and the building had character.

bathroom was Tiny and at times there was street noise but this did quite down about 9.30pm

the hot water was gone in 2 minutes during showering, that was a major issue and also the bed was uncomfortable, limited space in the app.

I enjoyed the stay. It has all the amenities. Small and cosy.

I was in contact via WhatsApp and that worked wonders. The host gave me a 4 digit code and the key was in a code box.

perfect place to spend a night in ostuni for 2 or even more people.

the little apartment is perfect for a short stay in ostuni. not far from the centre, calm, comfortable and everything you need is there. the staff responded within seconds when we needed something and brought us an extra heating when we were cold - within 10 minutes. perfect service, great stay, very good value for money

a bit dark, but that was not really a problem and us typical for this kind of house.

Cute apartment, but hard to stay warm there in December.

The location was walking distance to the city center.

It is a cute apartment on an alley with no parking. When we arrived we pulled into the alley to unload our bags prior to parking on the Main Street. We were not there more than 5 min when we were being yelled at by a man in a white car, telling us we could not park there (which we knew, we were just unloading our bags. We moved the car, only to see that the same man pulled his car in the alley to park. Other challenges were that it was Dec and hard to get the apt warm with the small heater up on the wall. The place has high ceilings. You can not run the heater and boil water on the hot plate at the same time or you blow the circuit breaker. So we alternated running the heater, boiling water for tea and slept in our jackets and sweatpants. I messaged the manager and he sent the man from the white car over (he was nice this time) to look at the circuit breaker, but we had already found the panel and turned the power back on.

That small space was perfectly designed. Beautiful small street.

Very small, only corridor and place for bed. No window. We wanted to change reservation for apartment next door with window but this procedure cost 15 euro extra.

Nice apartment and great location!

The apartment is very cute and clean, you have everything you need for a short stay. The location is very good, near the main square, in the very nice and instagramable street and safe neighbourhood. There is an esspresso machine and they also left capsules, which made my day when we arrived. You can park a car everywhere on the street and its free and safe. There are a couple of coffee shops nearby where you can grab a breakfast.

Lack of natural light/windows. The bad was not the most comfortable one. There is no network coverage in the apartment.

the place is cute, small but cozy ambiance. very close to the main attractions and close by parking. Easy access to the room.

neighborhood loud, the room is not sound proof. hard to sleep. Shower needs some major cleaning, there was some black molds growing. price/quality not so good

Great location

Great location really close to the city center. Rooms were cleaned every day. Parking is not a problem in the street nearby.

Be only aware that the room has only two really small windows

Maurizio is a fantastic host! so kind and considerate. I was able to check in early and he was very kind in offering me a ride to the station upon checkout. The apartment is also fantastic with everything that you need and in an excellent location to the historic centre! Grazie Mille!

The place was fantastic. Gret place,great hosts,i can only recommend it!

The place was fantastic. There was cleaning every day and we also got coffee and small cakes every day! The locals were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Mauricio, who helped us with everything. Using the local bus was a bit difficult, but Mauricio helped us a lot in this as well. Whenever we asked him for a ride to the beach or to the station, he willingly helped, all we had to do was write him a message and Mauricio arrived :) Great place, great hosts, I can only recommend it.

Nice enough but an organizational nightmare

The location was good and the apartment was clean and neat, small but enough for one night.

Badly organized! We live in Austria so we have Austrian phone, I booked using my mother profile (who has an Italian phone) but gave my phone number. Typney instead of getting in touch with me kept on getting in touch with my mother. We tried to call because we couldn't register online since our phone numbers were not accepted and we don't have Codice Fiscale, but it was impossible to speak with someone. Our debit card was not accepted. Finally my mum was given an IBAN to send a bank transfer. The amount we paid included all expences and taxes, however we have been asked to pay the city tax again (we didn't since we could recall we had paid it). Other guests were given the number of our room by mistake. No, we do not recommend this accommodation. Luckily we had to spend only one night there.

Great location in the centre of Ostuni, minutes walk from old town. I asked to check out 2 hrs later than what required and the staff told me it wasn't s problem.

Check in process on-line very tedious and difficult. Eventually we did everything bia whatsapp. Internet on my phone was impossible to use in the flat as no signal. The password for wifi was nowhere to be found so I contacted the property. The problem was eventually solved but it took long time. Communication with property was difficult.

Superb

It was a nice little appartment in a 2-4 minutes proximity to the historic center. Cosy with a real south Italian feeling. The host was very lovely to let us stay couple of hours longer to sleep out after some Prosecco the night before :) Thank you very much once again!

We had a feeling there was not enough hot water for two people showering one after another. So one should wait until water gets warm again.

Nice traditional Ostuni flat with charm. Small but adequate space for two people with a spare room. Responsive host who helped to offer a small discount due to no wifi (temporary issue due to bad weather). Good facilities and location.
