This condo is lovingly called the Tree House for it's high top view. (3rd floor, 2 flights of stairs). All the fun is nearby as you are located in the center of town with access to the water. The spectacular panoramic views will enhance your time away.

Great property. The location was nice and the deck was wonderful! Could use new windows in the bedroom, let in a lot of noise from the street at night. We’d stay again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t have had a better time. The location was perfect since it’s right on the Main Street (commercial street) but was tucked away enough to escape the noise and business. The house was very clean- especially the bathroom (which I am always a stickler for). There is a beautiful deck that overlooks the water/harbor that is stunning and perfect for morning coffee and late night chats. Checking in and out was very easy and Sandy was responsive and super flexible. Highly recommend the treehouse- we will be back!

This rental definitely exceeded my expectations - it was larger, brighter, and more cozy than the photos are able to convey. Truly a 10/10 for space, charm, and location. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back and rent this place again in a heartbeat. My favorite thing about this place is the ample number of windows (which can be opened to catch the ocean breeze), all of the natural light and beautiful views of the water and harbor (even from the bathroom), and of course the patio was a great space to relax with a view in the privacy of your own space. The only minor downsides (if any): I don't love the idea of paying a non-refundable fee for insurance. The options were to pay $1000+ as a deposit that was not guaranteed to be reimbursed or to pay for a one-time non-refundable insurance fee. I've never had any issues in past rentals of damaged property or broken items, so I found this to be a bummer extra cost. Additionally, the unit is, as mentioned, quite charming and wonderful but the bed was not a "luxury type bed" - if you are used to sleeping in hotel beds or if that is an important factor in your decision making. I slept fine but I did notice it was a bit creaky sharing with a partner. Overall, this place did NOT disappoint. HIGHLY recommended.

A unique and wonderful place to stay.... in this case out of season and during wintery weather. Full of natural light and both an inside and deck view of the water proved useful. Before the storm, a 48 degree sunny winter day allowed a visit to the deck. Post storm, view from inside is also lovely and cozy.

My husband and I booked The Treehouse for Holly Folly on very short notice. We were happy to have found a place close to town and it looked very nice, from the photos. Sandy was very quick to respond to our request. When we arrived, we were quite amazed. We really loved this place. Very clean and welcoming. It has everything you need and the view is amazing. It’s called the treehouse for a reason and it’s quite a bit elevated giving you a great view of the bay. When we come to Provincetown, we usually have quite an agenda planned out, but this is the type of place you would be more than happy just hanging out and looking out the window or sipping a coffee on the deck watching the boats come and go. We highly recommend!

Location is everything with this spot. Close to all the action and all the restaurants you can walk everywhere. The tree house was clean, perfect size and a great view from the deck. Has everything you need.

We stayed at this property and really enjoyed our week. I've been coming to ptown for 15 years and have never had a better view of the water. Sandy was very friendly and responsive. The unit was perfectly suited for any couple or individual. Some earlier reviews stated only the bedroom has AC but there's also a unit in the living room so it'll stay cool even on the hotter days. I hope to come back. 5 stars all around.

Enjoyed our stay here. Place is roomy for two people. Great harbor view from the deck. Small but adequate kitchen. On the third floor so stairs. Perfect location on Commercial Street. Parking requires attention. There are some free spaces nearby but you have to luck into them. Paid parking lot nearby is app driven and price seems to vary by day.

Great central location in the East End. A charming, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated condo. Very comfortable bed. The windows and deck provide a gorgeous view of the harbor. Helpful, timely communications from the owner. We loved staying here and would definitely return.

Communication with manager was poor. The outside deck was very nice but you climb through a window. We had to create a step up with chair as balancer. It would be so easy to add a permanent , stable step up. Cleaner needs to RUN SWEEPER.....hair on large rug and lots on wood floor. Great location.

Perfect for two

Perfect for two

The Tree House was perfect for the two of us. The bed/pillows were very comfortable (firm, but not too hard). The AC in the bedroom was a lifesaver since it was such a hot week. The kitchen is small, but with the outside cooler and just the two of us it worked. The view from the deck was amazing. Very relaxing to sit out there and watch the boats and the birds. Being the third floor, it was a bit warm, but there was always a breeze and when all of the windows were open, it was very comfortable. Location on Commercial St is perfect, easy access to all of the shops and at the quieter end of the street. Easy access to the bay beach and a short drive to the National Seashore for the ocean beach. Sandy was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to our questions. Highly recommend and would stay again the next time we are in PTown.

This is the second time staying at this property....Love EVERYTHING about it EXCEPT the fact that, due to only one a/c in the bedroom (which is EXCELLENT) the entire other space is STIFLINGLY hot...PLEASE ADD ANOTHER A/C and then your place is PERFECT!!!!!

This is the perfect location, close to everything within minutes walk. The deck is the magical element. We loved sitting out and watching the changing scene in the bay. Washer and dryer was great bonus. We will be back next summer!

Really enjoyed our stay...as stated in other reviews, the stairs are quite steep for those who have issues.... very clean, perfect location, ...air conditioner only in bedroom so if you are not a beach person, living space other than bedroom very very hot during the day... but, generally speaking, loved it...

I’m not sure my wife and I could have booked a more perfect property and location in town without spending double or triple the rate we did for The Treehouse. The property is directly on Commercial St with a beautiful view of the beach and harbor from its deck. Though directly on Commercial St, it is located on the slightly quieter east end, away from the all out hustle and bustle as you approach the area closest to the town piers. Everything in town was within easy walking distance, the only day we took our car out of was the day we went to Race Point Beach. The property itself was very clean and welcoming. The AC in the bedroom worked fine and even during a couple hot days the breeze and fan kept the air moving enough through the front room to make it comfortable. I will advise that if you have difficulty with stairs then the access to it’s third floor location might be a challenge to some. The owner Sandra was very helpful during the booking and check in process, making sure I knew she was accessible for any questions. Overall we enjoyed a wonderful stay and would recommend The Treehouse to anyone considering it.

Perfect location. View of the bay and surrounding buildings beautiful. Equipped with everything needed. Owner was very kind and compassionate! Only negative is that it was 100° and the main living space did not have air-conditioning. The bedroom had it but no one wants to stay in there their whole vacation. Overall it was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. Please put in air condition or more fans. Thank you.

We loved staying here: the location was great, so close to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing, you could see the entire harbor. I loved coming home at night and unwinding on the balcony. It had all the amenities you could ask for, including a washer and dryer! And just the feel of the place was so bright and homey that I felt comfortable there immediately. Lastly, Sandy was super timely about answering any questions that came up and was always helpful. I'd recommend this place completely.
