Loved the place and will recommend it to others. Loved the deck and spent a lot of time on it. However, the furniture is worn out and broken. Really the only negative. Everything else was wonderful.

This third-floor condo in the heart of Provincetown overlooking Commercial Street is in a great location to be in the middle of the action and explore town. Especially good if you're coming off of the ferry as you'll have a very short walk, but there's also parking lots nearby to park in town. The condo was well equipped, and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The outside deck facing Pilgrim Monument Tower was especially nice in the mornings and evenings. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in/check out processes seamless. Air conditioning worked well during this very hot weather this summer. It's a two bedroom and one bedroom has a door that closes for privacy and the second bedroom has a room divider, but was private enough for everybody. There's plenty of comfortable seating both in the living room and at the dining table for 2-4 people. And pet friendly as well!

We were so excited to stay in the heart of Provincetown, and this location did not disappoint. You're tucked above the middle of the main street, and despite it being there, the space was quiet and private. We were a little disappointed, however, in the amenities. The beds at the property were like sleeping on cardboard, as well as the pillows that gave us both neck/back issues. Sheets were old and worn and felt like something from a college dorm. There was also strange decor and broken furniture, for instance, a side table in the living room was completely broken and unusable but remained in the house? Several weird things like that that could be addressed which would make the stay overall more welcoming/comfy.

Positive: Central location, right in the heart of town, well priced. Lots of light, lovely deck outside, apartment was clean, communication good. Negative: Being right on the main street also made it a bit noisy at night. The apartment really needs a few things attended to like new blankets on the beds + the rugs should be replaced or cleaned. Small details like having instructions about the wifi, suggestions of places to go + some coffee pods wouldn't cost much + would go a long way.

Our "Penthouse" has been our favorite stay in PTown. Clean and spacious. The roof deck was a great bonus. Communication with the host was quick and easy throughout. Thanks for having us.

We loved the apartment. It was bigger than we expected, and ideally located for exploring Provincetown. Comfortably furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen that we used a lot (after shopping at the nearby super-market). Off season it was a lot quieter than expected -- but in the season nightlife on Commercial St. could be noisy. Off-site parking was an extra expense, and involved extra walking, but, when leaving, we easily brought our car into the alley to load our bags. (Anyone with mobility issues should beware the 2 steep flights of stairs to the deck.) All in all, a wonderful place for a P'town getaway.

We had a terrific stay here. The unit is large, well equipped and furnished, bonus of a roof deck fully furnished. Spotless when we arrived. My only flag is, as a Ptown veteran of 40 years, this unit is best off season or for party goers during the season. It is dead center on Commercial Street in the heart of town, which is very convenient to everything. But it is likely to be noisy during season. It just depends on your objectives!

What an adorable place! You cannot get closer to the action on Commercial St., which you can sit by the window and watch the passers by. Beautiful deck looking up to the monument, all lit at night. Clean, well appointed. The only reason for 4 stars is that it’s on the 3rd floor and I have mobility issues, the listing wasn’t quite clear enough. But I would stay here again and again if it weren’t for the stairs.

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. It was dirty and the heat didn’t work. The property manager couldn’t be reached so someone else in the rental had to bring us toiletries and a space heater. The space heater kept blowing the breaker. The stairs were not well lit or shoveled during the snow. I asked for a refund and non was given.

We fully enjoyed staying at this location. If you want to be on commercial street, this is the place to stay! We love Ptown around thanksgiving bc it is very festive for the holidays. Thank you for a great stay!

Property was in an excellent location. No frills, basic type of property, all about location. Lots of noise as the property is right on Commercial. Plenty of linens, and kitchen “stuff”. If you can’t do stairs this is not your place. Also need to be prepared to pay for parking as there is no parking at the property. Laundry is on the second floor, easy access and cost $3.00. Would visit again.

This rental was perfect for me and my 3 friends. The roof deck is so darling and the views of the monument are stunning. Would absolutely stay again. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was not great at all. Shower was great, just the sink wasn’t. Ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen lol! All in all a 9.9/10. Perfectly central in town, not very quiet but who needs quiet in ptown!!!

I've stayed in the East End and in the West End, but this is the first time we tried right in the middle of everything and it was a blast! I can't say enough about how convenient and fun it was. We didn't even rent bikes. Imagine stepping right outside and getting coffee in the morning, dinner at night and then steps home after the bars at night. The windows are double-paned, so there is minimal noise, and the deck is great when the sun isn't too hot. We didn't have a grill, but there is plenty of food nearby and didn't miss cooking at home. Also, the wi-fi was a bit spotty. Otherwise, the place is adorable and well-kept. I'd definitely consider going back!

This is a wonderful property just one block from the pier and close to everything on the west end of Ptown! The accommodations are comfortable and the sundeck is A-MAZING!

The location was great. The place was comfortable and the deck was private. The house has everything you need, including A.C. Most nights, there is a cool ocean breeze. You can see the ocean from the front windows of the house and the monument tower from the deck. Very pretty all over. However, it can get loud late at night from the pizza place and bar across the street.

We had a pleasant stay. I would have given 5 stars but deducted a star because the TV set and the sound bar was not connected and it took us a while to figure out the connections. We were also greeted by the screeching smoke alarm upon entry due to the battery in the front bedroom needed to be changed. Other than that the property was well situated and convenient to everything.

Smack in the center of Commercial Street made for a really fun jumping off point for a few days with family in Provincetown for April School Vacation. The back patio was great to hang out on for some quiet, but you could walk right out into the bustle of it all and watch it from the front bay window. It definitely got louder as the weekend rolled around with the club across the street...but we didn't have the ACs on at that time of year, but likely would drown out the club noise. But...you are in the heart of it all, which is the fun of this place! It was really comfortably appointed and Joel, the manager, was super responsive for any issues we had which was so appreciated!
