It’s ok for a night. Two nights max.

Location was close to old San Juan - only a 5 min taxi ride. 20 min taxi to the main international airport by taxi. Breakfast was nice. They had a buffet set up with scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereals, fruit and bread/toast. There was an omelette station as well. Coffee & tea self serve was actually really good. Shower in the room was nice. Good shower, shampoo and body wash products. Nice that the room came with a mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel has a free shuttle to old town (more about that in the next section…)

Bedroom a/c unit was loud. In room coffee & coffee maker were gross. The room needs a kettle instead. We asked the front desk clerk for information about the free old town shuttle. They didn’t know any of the drop off/pick up points and didn’t have a map. There was a screen by the exit which did occasionally show a map of the drop off points but we kept missing it and didn’t have a chance to snap a photo. As a result we never used it. Expensive property.

AWESOME!

Super clean! Location is awesome. Shuttle bus too! Room was comfortable. Bed & sofabed were comfortable. Workout room and business center were great. Pool was beautiful and clean and landscaping around was beautifully done. There is an outside room off dining area with a rainfall that is gorgeous. The lobby is simple yet beautifully decorated and the bar and service is wonderful. Wifi never failed us! ALL staff is helpful, ready to give suggestions and so polite & friendly!

The room had a musty smell. There are not enough mirrors in the room but there are spaces where mirrors and lighting can be added. No wall mounted magnifying make-up mirror in room. Not enough towels-we had 3 big towels but reservation stated 4 people would be sharing a room (so I had to ask for towels) they brought extra! The counter tools did not match (2 different designs)-for such a beautiful hotel-counter stools should match. Maybe update system for parking? Having to stop at front desk to validate parking card is outdated and if front desk is busy you will have to wait.

God frokost, to-tre hyggelige medarbeidere. Bra med vaskemaskin.

Dårlig renhold, både hyppighet og grundighet. Ikke toaster i rommet, selv om det står oppgitt at det skulle være det. Fikk det heller ikke da vi spurte. Dyrt.

A Perfect Stay Before Cruise.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loves the shuttle to Old San Juan. It is really close to the Pan Am Pier.

Great location and clean hotel.

The room was clean, great size and awesome view. We got a king size bed, and this room also had an L shape sofa, e full desk and a big bathroom, plenty space for storage and closet. The location is great, only walking distance from Coca Cola Music Hall and other venues, including the Sheraton and the casino. I will stay here next time.

Hotel perfecto para Congresos en el Convention Center

La ubicación, estando cerca del Convention Center y del T-Mobile District, donde uno podía comer distintos tipos de comida. La habitación y su baño privado, bien equipado y con todas las amenities. El desayuno tipo buffet variado, especialmente durante los fines de semana

Se omitió sólo una vez el servicio de limpieza a la habitación durante la estadía, lo cual fue subsanado con toallas limpias y al día siguiente se corrigió

Nothing but the showers. Desk workers seemed nice

Expensive for no reason. Mediocre rooms the breakfast was really bad nothing tasted right except the almonds. Room service taking 3+hours to get to room. one of the elevators was broken during half the trip and when fixed it made a scary sound. The pool was super small the rooms smelled like really bad humidity and wet socks. Other than pool table not really a lot of entertainment

The hotel is very accessible Walking distance to Condado, Distrito T—Mobile. Near by car to Old San Juan and Plaza Shooping Mall.

I liked the safety of the facility the friendliness of the staff and the staff is very accommodating.

I would say that my sheets had a stain and my towel had stains them I did ask for a change of towels and they did give us fresh new towels

Other than not having a bar, really happy with my stay, I would definitely stay here again.

There is no bar, or at least no bartender most of the day. People want drinks while on vacation, not the market that just sells beer, juice and wine. Mix drinks and cocktails for me please!
