This place is great, big bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows, ac works perfectly, good private toilet and it was super clean! The kitchen has everything you may need, and the lady who works there is so friendly! We rented the motorbike with no problems and could leave our bags after check-in. We recommend it with no doubts.

it is in a convenient location and is very affordable
The host is unpleasant and rude, borderline aggressive. This could be eased if the facilities weren’t a total mess.
I was hosted in the room that gives directly onto a very busy street (needless to say the windows are thin and transparent). The room has only one multi-socket that is far away from the bed (quite inconvenient). Do note that the main switch for the light in the room is located outside of the room. The wall with the neighbouring room is also quite thin. The bathroom is shared (as advertised) but quite far from the room (be warned).
As you’ll have guessed, I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone who intends to spend a relaxing holiday.

The caretaker Mdm Arti is the one that makes the experience feel like home
She genuinely takes care of guests
Parking abit hard for cars and motorbikes but it's like this most places in Indonesia

Comfy room, nice Homestay manager !

The bed was comfortable and there is a nice communal space to relax.
For us the place could have been cleaner not so much the rooms as they were quite clean but the bathrooms. They were a bit moldy and continiously wet. Also the gas boiler in the bathroom seemed a bit old and when showering you could smell the gas.

The place a little bit noisy and we must share bathroom.

- Laundry cheap : 20k (1.3€) for one machine, not one kilo ! :)
- excellent breakfast : never the same everyday and reaaaly good !
- really easy to rent a scooter, good condition and explanation from the lady.
- near good restaurants and other hostel to meet people
- you can just walk from the main attractions in the center to the hotel. I will suggest to take a grab/gojek to the center and come back with foot : you got the real Yogyakarta haha !
- hmmm we are actually a little bit confused with the lady from the hostel cause she was kind of lunatic : one day she was really happy and helpful and full of tips and explanations and the next day, everything was bad and she was like depressed and looked bored because of us.. 🤷🏻♂️ i can’t really say if the staff is a + or a - haha ^^’
- kind of a ghost hotel : not many people so no good for one person I think but we stayed for the breakfast haha !

Comfortable homestay with several rooms. Kitchen area with tea, coffee and water included free. Local breakfast was tasty and filling. Shared bathroom was clean and gas shower meant the water was always hot. Spacious room, comfy bed, we slept well. Tours, scooter hire and more available from the homestay. Area around the hotel had many nice restaurants nearby such as VOC, Easy garden, Sixsenses Kitchen. Supermarket 2 mins away. Neon/light up cars 20 mins walk away. 20k IDR for unlimited laundry.
