Prachtige locatie op enkele meters van het tramstation. Hygiënisch en schone hotel overal. Heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel.
De kamers zijn te klein, vooral de badkamer en doucheruimte

Clean room, good location, good breakfast
Free shuttle to the airport was included in our booking (it was written in big green letters in the middle of the booking information) but hotel refused to give us this service pretending that they have no idea about it. We had to ask about it few times and every time receptionists behaved as they don’t understand what we are talking about. Moreover some receptionists don’t speak proper English and it’s almost impossible to understand what they are trying to say. Quite strange for a hotel that accepts international tourists.
Internet in the room is terribly slow although in our booking it was mentioned High speed internet. Water in the shower was rapidly changing from hot to cold and vice versa. Mattresses were so soft that it was impossible to sleep. I don’t recommend this hotel because booking information is way far from reality and it’s not possible to get a service mentioned on the site.

Situata chiar langa Grand Bazar, aproape de statia de tramvai!
In camera nu am avut cana pentru incalzit apa asa cum apare in descrierea fiecarei camere.

breakfast may be improved a little

big clean room
one person of the staff
in the morning the hot water finished so fast and only one of 3 took a hot water shower
so when we came back in the afternoon i told the receptionist about that then he started screaming and complaining about me why I'm telling now
i didn't like his way of treating people

Absolutely great location near Capalicarsi and other Bazaars plus Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque are close down the street.
Staff was nice, I will especially fondly remember the cook.
Food was good.
Sauna wasn't working.
There was a message a couple of days before we went to hotel where we were asked to pay for the second time for our stay, and then they said that was a hacker's attack, that was weird.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the town. They cleaned the room everyday, they changed the towels. It is not the forst time I stay at this hotel and everytime i liked it.

everything, services and stuff very polite. Good job

The location was excellent, very close to the T1 tram stop and Vezneciler metro, which allowed me to get quickly everywhere in the city. The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of food.
The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean, the shampoo and shower gel were already used, probably left from the previous guests. Although it was mentioned that the room had soundproofing, it was loud, I could hear what the people in the other room were speaking. Generally, I expected a little bit more comfort from a 4-star hotel. I have stayed in better hotels in Istanbul for a lower price.

-the staff behaved very badly.
-I did not receive the room I booked on booking
-I left the hotel even though I paid for two nights
-misery at breakfast
-a hotel I would never recommend
-we moved near where Radisson was and conditions settled at a 4 star hotel

The hotel is smack in the middle of a shopping area. All the main attractions are within walking distance. There are numerous food outlets and restaurants around the hotel area. The staff were very helpful. Our room was a little small, but it was comfortable.
The rooms do not have a kettle for those late night tea or coffee caps.

Near Grand Bazar. you can go by walk. Near Tram station so you can go easily to tourist attractions. Hajiya Safia mosque is 2 or 3 stops away on tram. Hotel is nice, breakfast was ok but not the best as limited choice.
water bottles weren’t free and if you buy from reception it will cost you more. No kettle in the room or tea bags etc
