This place is amazing for solo traveler. You meet with amazing people: other expects, groups on retreats, and locals. There are so much to do: great place to work by the juice bar or in your cool casita, take a dip in the salt water pool, catch a wave and do a delicious yin class.
Surprisingly after tipping at juice bar, restaurant, and spa you receive an optional "tip paper" to fill out at check out to leave tip for everyone who works onsite. This was new to me and did not agree as you already pay plenty for the rooms plus always reminded to leave tip at all the service places

Really nice yoga hotel, tailored for yoga and activities

It’s so beautiful, you really feel like you’re hidden away in the jungle. The yoga classes and workshops on offer are fantastic. the food is delicious and the staff are super friendly.
Initially, we were in a jungle room which was so tiny. They include an outdoor area in the square metre space but in this heat, that’s not where you want to be. And you have to go outside to get to the toilet. The hotel were great and moved us to a much better room for no extra cost.
Also, in both rooms, there were automatic light sensors which seemed to come on and off all night and the curtains are very thin so it lights up the whole room - so bring an eye mask

Bodhi Tree Hotel looks and feels like paradise, amazed by the magnificent Yoga Shalas and by all the super sweet and professional yoga instructors.
I never got a proper introduction from the staff on how to use the hotel and it’s many facilities. if you ask for something, they all say they don’t know or they can’t. it’s ridiculous. I had to ask for help to other guests or the yoga teachers.

Very beautiful resort in the middle of the jungle not far from the ocean with a clear focus on yoga and wellness.
Everything what has to do with yoga is excellent - all the facilities and instructors are perfect. Yoga sessions are held minimum 3 times per day and attract many people staying in Nosara (not essentially at Bodhi Tree itself).
If you do not have a car/motorbike you can get a bicycle for free to get around, which I used every day. Are not the best ones and are not looked after properly (very rusty), but worked well for me.
This place is definitely too pricey for what you get. Practically everything is charged extra (breakfast, yoga classes, juices etc) and the price is far from being fair (for example, laundry services are outrageously overpriced, as if you are staying in the premium business hotel in a big city - for one T-shirt 3,5$ are charged - for this price you can get all your clothes clean in the local laundry). The price for drop-in yoga at the time when I was staying there was 15$, which is ok, but the price could be differentiated between people staying at the resort and people from outside - otherwise it does not make much sense to stay at Bodhi Tree.

Breakfast was ok.
Overpriced and not kid friendly

Great healthy breakfast option. Started with a nice bowl of fruit and you had vaiosus hot and cold options. All ssrv4d in a lovely area overlooking the pool.
Lunch options were a little too healthy for my liking. They could add a few more basics.
