Calm and quiet

It is a calm place and they also have space to park the vehicle. The staff is nice and friendly. Varkala Cliff is only 300m far from this stay if you take a shortcut and walk.

The bathroom could have been a little bit more hygienic.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit schönem Garten in Toplage

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die sauberen Räume und den besonders schönen Garten. Die Anlage ist ruhig und wir konnten uns daher gut erholen Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die Freundlichkeit des Hotelpersonals. Wir haben viele Ratschläge und Hilfe bei Fragen bekommen. Positiv ist auch die gute Lage des Resorts. Es sind keine 3 Minuten zum Strand und auch viele Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Fazit: ein toller Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Es gibt für uns nichts zu beanstanden, alles war positiv

Was okay but I’ve stayed in better

It was in a good location with a nice garden

My bed was uncomfortable and I had no hot water. One of the men running it was grumpy and not very helpful

Poor

Though the room was large in a nice location, the staff don't speak English, which made things pretty complicated. The receptionist had to call the manager several times. The manager was not friendly, nor helpful, as opposed to all the other places where I stayed before. It felt like "take your room and I 'll take your money. There are many places just around the corner where people are way friendlier. Bathroom was not okay.

A perfect destination if you want total peace away from noise.

The bungalows are nice, quiet and if you're lucky to get 2 beautiful women staying in the bungalow next to you, it makes it even more worthwhile.

Didn't spend much time in the room, so not much to say here.

location was great and room was very good. AC worked super well and staff were very nice

not having the shower separately is a bit uncomfortable but the floor dried quickly

A blissfully stay

The resort is well located off the beaten track, just behind the frontline shops and resorts. easy to get to ‘the strip’ with all facilities. It’s small and the staff are just fabulous.

The location was good, easy walking distance to the Varkala cliffs and black sand beach (which we preferred as it was a lot quieter than the main beach). The room was a good size with good AC.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and some of the staff could have been a bit more friendly.

disappointing for the price

less than 5 minutes walk to the cliffs at the south end of Black beach. nice garden.

showers cold, beds hard, pillows uncomfortable, insufficient bedding supplied: base sheet and woollen blanket only, no top sheet. wifi poor. towels stained. staff ok when questioned but didn’t seem very interested, no welcome info given. can’t comment on breakfast, didn’t feel brave enough to eat here

Overall it was a good and comfortable stay except food part..

We liked the property location. It is just 2 minutes walk from the cliff and Black beach. Property has Lush green garden that adds to its beauty. Staff is very helpful and rooms were cleaned regularly. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Food and Breakfast. They have very limited options and even taste is not that good. There are many restaurants nearby so that's not a problem. But if you can add good kitchen and a chef that will be really good as sometimes tourist just want to stay back in the room, order in and enjoy beautiful view from balcony .

Terrible experience with annoying musical event.

Location close to the Black beach, good breakfast.

Really angry and disappointed by the musical party which was held just few meters from the room. Staff did not informed us about the upcoming event and did not care much about such annoying event which began early in the morning and run till the night. It was impossible to stay in the room during the day and evening. We had to cancel our stay and the move the different accommodation.
