Superb

Rooms and complimentary morning foods are really good.

Mad About Coco tieuped Sun Francisco foods are too high. Eg., Masala Egg Omlet with Wheat bread priced 190 RS. Other then the foods are really superb.

Good location, great breakfast, friendly staff

Great free breakfast over at Sun Francisco, lovely communal areas & lovely terrace for yoga. Staff were super helpful assisting with drivers, local information and excursions.

The room was very dark not much natural light and no view, but good value for money nonetheless.

Room was okish.. good access to varkala cliff. Good for just a place to crash

Air conditioning was the worst. There were no activities inside the place. The room description was misleading.

One of the best properties to stay in Varkala . The property is extremely big with lot of open spaces to relax and work ( Wi-Fi ) is available at all locations . Situated right beside the beach and the beach market at Varkala . They even have their own restaurant which is one of the must try places in Varkala .

Location is perfect. Nice balcony to enjoy. Breakfast in nearby restaurant is good.

No hot shower. The room needs a thorough clean (light fittings etc) and some maintenance.

Loved the location and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The property is clean and green.

The AC and the fan both weren't working properly in our room, so it was slightly uncomfortable.

Great location, very clean, helpful staff. I arrives late at night due to delayed train and they were very helpful

Building work on roof meant very noisy. Issues with payment as was asked for to pay extra for tax although in amount I paid had included tax. Make sure you check as apparently happens all the time.

It was good, but lacking in certain services like providing the necessities as glasses and cups asked for. However, hostess tried her best to make our stay comfortable. Provision of electric kettle and tea kits would have been very cool.
