Overall it was a good experience

Ambience and the location was fine enough, and the stay was very close to the beach, that was the best part.

Good

The place is very close to the cliffs and beach. You can walk 5 minutes and you will be in the middle of nice restaurants, shops, yoga drop classes and of course the beach. In my room I had a balcany which was perfect to sit and rest in a hammock. The staff are very atentious and helpfull.

As a suggestion it would be nice to have new sheets and towels. The ones I used were clean, but yellow and stained. There are many dogs around the place and they can be very noisy some nights.

Very Pleasant Stay and Enjoy a lot..

It looks like a Beautiful atmosphere with a green garden.Very Near to Valkara Cliff Beach. Opposite one Durga Temple..on the day we stayed 2 days small Pooja also it's very Pleasant we had Annadhanam it's god's gift for us . specially Balcony I loved.

We expect TV but not in the room. But we don't have time too for that. We expect kitchen facilities not available.. it's only in November, December, January.

Location is good and very walkable distance to the beach.

Not worth of price.. I have been charged 3080₹ for two nights but facilities was just worth 1500₹. Cleanliness is good.. But pipe was leaking and damaged toiletries. Many offered facilities was not there.

Really spacious and clean rooms with large balcony. The house is surrounded by lots of amazing plants, in a very quiet area and only 2 mins walk to the cliff.

We got a huge room right next to the reception. The room was clean and there was a wardrobe and table to drop of the stuff. The room was prepared very early morning, which we truly appreciated. I have to mention that the stuff were always smiling and very helpful! The receptionist was super kind, he recommended the local places to eat Indian food in Varkala. We had a very nice talk. I will definitely come back! 😊 PS: try their relaxing massage. 🤩

A brilliant place that I can recommend and will return to.

Have lived in the same place before, and for us it is an absolutely perfect location, clean nice rooms and a brilliant private balcony. Exactly what we were looking for! Incredibly friendly staff.

Basic place

Green house is composed of 2 buildings. The old house rooms are not very nice (noisy with kitchen behind, old room so look never clean, bathroom full of mosquito) but luckily, after one night Javeed put me in another room close from the newest house. So overall ok stay for a very basic room and accomodation, food is very good if order while staying, massage are basics but good for the price. Internet is great. Javeed is very nice and very helpful making the place feeling better.

The weird thing is that some employees live in the new house so you can't really access the house in the evening and at night, and you feel like you are disturbing them, quite weird feeling. No blanket. Beware the rooms in pictures are the ones from the new building when you will potentially end up in the old building as employees are staying in the new one.

It was fine

The staff where great, the room had a massive balcony and it was in a good position to get to bars, restaurants and the beach

It was a little worn around the edges and the mattress where rock hard. There was no key for the safe in the room!

Superb

We got a nice room with balcony (which i would really recommend) and it was quite comfortable. The hotel is close to the cliff and you find everything you need in the surroundings. Bathroom is clean and good, and there are towels provided. They just finished repainting all the rooms so they look extra fresh.

Overall a nice stay close to the cliff, but in a calm and peaceful location.

The rooms with balcony are good- it's possible to ventilate. It does get a bit hot in Varkala in October (also very humid) so since there is no AC, it's good that it's possible to keep door and windows open on opposite sides. Bathroom is spacious. Room is a little cramped, but clean. Balcony is lovely. It's nice that they have a water dispenser available. Helping reduce plastic waste is very nice to see.

The bucket and mug in the bathroom were a bit old and broken.
