The hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was spotless , ensuite clean with Bath and separate shower cubicle. Tea/coffee facilities adequate . Location was splendid being located in the countryside not far from town.
One small gripe is that the TV was on the small side, which wouldnt affect some.

The feeling of staying in a rural farmhouse yet very clean and comfortable. The details in the room and the house are impeccably selected. I like the taps and the shower using old traditional English made items. English breakfast prepared by host Jayne and Graham using home made bread. Really enjoy the moment. Thanks Jayne and Graham and Immygen too

Everything about our stay was wonderful, Jayne & Graham were so welcoming :) We stayed as we were attending a wedding at St Giles House, Graham gave us loads on interesting information about the history of the house and the family.
Breakfast was fab, we had a menu that we completed every evening for what we wanted the next day, selection was great and everything is locally sourced.
Nothing.

We had an absolutely lovely, restful stay for 5 days/4 nights. Graham and Jayne were so warm and friendly, we felt so much at home as soon as we arrived.
Loved our delicious breakfasts, freshly baked bread (cranberry & walnut wholemeal a fave) Jayne's wonderful daily cakes, and the attention to detail throughout.
The guest reviews, location, b&b itself, website photos all lived up to our expectations and beyond . Graham's sense of humour was great, adding to our relaxing time away. Really interesting hearing about the history of Home Farm House, Earl of Shaftesbury and St Giles House.
I don't think we've been anywhere that's been so peaceful in such beautiful surroundings and we were both sad to leave. Would highly recommend staying as it was so relaxing with so much to see and do in beautiful Dorset. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to friends and family.
Nothing we can think of.

The room I had in the eves had a very small window. There was no desk or dressing table in the room.

Breakfast was great. Lovely property and great people.
Location was very remote, which would be great for many, but we were unable to get a taxi from a neighbouring village so had to walk the 4 mile journey! Best book things first if taxis required.

Rural historic atmospheric secluded
A little isolated
